snow birding for a month

Great place for location and peace of mind. Plenty of room for up to four and the little patio is nice. We had every thing we needed for our stay and host was most accommodating.

The town home was perfect for my family and I. Very easy to get in and out of. Great location for our needs. Olivia was very helpful with the booking process since we didn’t arrive til 1:15am. Definitely recommend!!

Clean and Comfortable!

The property met our needs while in the Rio Grand Valley. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this property! All questions were answered by Olivia. She was very helpful!

Great stay!

Olivia’s property is well maintained and in a great area, close to grocery, shopping, and UTRGV! She provides kitchen items, coffee and tea, and a brita pitcher for filtered water!!! Bathrooms are equipped with towels and wash clothes and well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are in the master bath and closet, respectively. Comfy king bed in master and queen bed on other room were perfect for our family of four (two toddlers slept on queen bed). Olivia communicated with us regularly, and her Golden Book has great suggestions for local eateries and things to do! Covered parking and keypad entry made everything so easy for us!

Overall good experience, very clean. The neighbors are very loud and on weekends had their music on very late. Not good for the baby, but the apartment it self was great.

The townhouse felt welcoming and comfortable. The decor and furnishings were well chosen, it provided all that we needed. My colleague thought it was a great choice as well. Quiet neighborhood. I appreciate the gated community and safety measures. I had an opportunity to meet the host, very personable and accommodating. Twice I stayed at this location and would highly recommend it.
