Cozy, modern vacation apartment in Horumersiel. Central but quiet location!

Our bright, cozy apartment (65 sqm) is located in the center of Horumersiel, but in a quiet side street. It is located on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms - 1 marriage bedroom and a room with 2 separate sofa beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet is available. To the kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w. Freezer) includes a cozy dining area for up to 4 people. Adjacent is the living area with a nice seating area. A flat screen TV is available. Depending on the season, a small seating area with a table is waiting for you on the terrace. A parking space belongs to the apartment. You can store your bikes in the bike shed next to the house. A free WiFi connection is available. Electricity, water, etc. are included in the rental price. The final cleaning (40 euros, for dog owners 50 euros) will be charged separately. Please bring your own bed linen (size 135 x 200 cm) and towels.

Wunderbare Wohnung im Ort, alles erreichbar, gute Ausstattung.

Waren Wiederholungstäter. Wohnung direkt am Ort ,schneller Weg zu Fuß zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , Restaurants und Meer. Alles was benötigt wird ( Töpfe/Messer guter Qualität etc.)für eine Ferienwohnung vorhanden. Freuen uns darauf wieder, als Gast kommen zu dürfen.

Sehr zufrieden

Wir fanden die Wohnung als sehr gut. Sie entsprach den Bildern im Angebot. Die Betten waren gut. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, in einem Umfang, den ich noch nicht erlebt habe. Gefühlt war alles da, ich konnte meine mitgenommenen Sachen wieder einpacken. Die Wohnung liegt auch zentral, 5 Minuten bis zum Bäcker.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen schön, dem Zweck entsprechend eingerichtet. Man sieht schon, dass die Apartments schon ein wenig ins Alter gekommen sind. Negativ war, dass derzeit sehr wenige Urlauber im Ort sind beziehungsweise im Gebäude, die Heizung ausgeschaltet war, wir bei Ankunft natürlich die Heizung angeschaltet haben und es leider fast zwei Tage gedauert hat, bis man vernünftige Raumtemperaturen erreichen konnte. Die ersten zwei Tage haben wir in der Wohnung gefroren. Ansonsten sind die Apartments und auch der Ort natürlich sehr zu empfehlen, eine unendliche Ruhe zum abschalten. Vom Alltag haben wir sehr genossen. Fazit, empfehlenswert hier hin in Urlaub zu fahren.

Top Lage! Aber die Sauberkeit ist Verbesserungswürdig

Die Ferienwohnung lag sehr zentral und trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Leider waren wir mit der Sauberkeit und dem Service nicht so zufrieden. Da die Wohnung ebenfalls von Urlaubern mit Hunden bewohnt werden kann, rochen alle Decken extrem nach Hund und die Böden waren allesamt ziemlich verschmutzt. Nachdem wir mit der Agentur telefoniert haben dass die Decken bitte gewaschen und die Böden nochmal gewischt werden sollten, wurde am selben Tag auch noch jemand rausgeschickt. Allerdings bekamen wir keine Ersatzdecken und die Böden wurden auch nicht wirklich vernünftig gereinigt (nicht nass was bei Familien mit Kleinkindern schon sein sollte). Somit ist unser Fazit leider sehr verhalten. Für Hundefreunde, die sich an der Sauberkeit nicht sehr stören, bestimmt sehr zu empfehlen, aber für Familien mit Kindern, wir es bei uns der Fall war, eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Top Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man so braucht. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war Top. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Für Hundebesitzer ist die Regelung am Strand nicht ganz optimal, und deshalb sind wir weiter nach Schillig gelaufen. Leider nicht am Strand entlang.

Tolle Wohnung in idealer Lage

Alles hat gepasst: die Ausstattung war super, besonders die Küchenutensilien, die Lage zum Einkaufen und an den Strand, Restaurants und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Leider ist man mit Hund etwas eingeschränkt, was Spaziergänge am Deich und Meer betrifft, aber es finden sich auch da Möglichkeiten.

Familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der toll ausgestatteten und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung verbringen können! Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es einen Holz-Kinderhochstuhl, einen Rausfallschutz und einen Hocker im Bad gab sowie die Küchenausstattung. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral.

Kleine Auszeit

Es ist eine sehr modern und funktional eingerichtete Wohnung. Für ein Paar mit Hund und evtl. Kindern ideal. Die Küchenausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut, die elektrischen Geräte im einwandfreien Zustand. Auch gab es alles zum zwischendurch sauber machen... und alles gut gepflegt. Auch WLan und Fernsehen auf dem neusten technischen Stand- netflix ebenso vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt... der Hund konnte auch mal raus in den Garten, wobei dieser nicht eingezäunt ist, sondern mit einer Hecke umgeben ist, die Ausgänge für interessierte Vierbeiner bietet. Uns hat das in keiner Weise gestört. Für einen längeren Zeitraum, gerade für Familien mit Kindern, wäre eine Waschmaschine von Vorteil. Allerdings haben wir auch nicht nachgefragt , ob es im Haus eine Möglichkeit zum waschen gibt. Wir danken recht herzlich dem Eigentümer für die freundlich eingerichtete Wohnung.... Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsame Tage

Die 3 Zimmerwohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet, die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Horumersiel ist auch ein guter Standort um von da aus viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küche ist modern eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch schön, das Kinderzimmer schon recht klein. Bad ist ok. Alles sehr sauber. Tersasse u Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Tersasse ein bißchen besser gepflegt sein könnte. Sonst alles top. Würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
