The Mediterranean-style Villa Calinda is centrally located on Km 6 of the La Manga Strip on the side of the Mar Menor Lagoon on the shores of the Mar Menor. The villa is newly renovated and modern-comfortable. The central but quiet location in House District invites you to relax and unwind. Restaurants and bars in walking distance, as well pharmacies and small shops for daily shopping. From the front door there are 30 steps to the shores of the Mar Menor, 300 steps up to the Mediterranean beach. In particular, the Mar Menor is inviting with its wide, flat strip of water to many water sports a: windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing, water skiing, sailing, diving, as well as the simple swimming is due to the high salinity and warm temperatures in the summer a floating pleasure.

In the very neat, spacious and well equipped house you live on 200 square meters distributed on two floors: 3 large bedrooms with 3 spacious sun terraces with double beds, equipped with air conditioning. 2 large bathrooms (shower and bath) on the upper floor. On the ground floor the large, newly fitted kitchen with all appliances comfortable (u. A. Hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher) and 4-person dining table, plus a utility room with washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer. The living area is divided into a dining area with six seats and a spacious living room with fireplace and couch area. Access to two large garden terraces with views of the Mar Menor.

TV / satellite available, Wireless Internet throughout the house. A total of four large terraces (two up, two down) overlooking the Mar Menor, garden with old olive trees, hibiscus and oleander; Shower and barbecue in the garden. Parking for cars in the driveway. Dt. Housekeeper separated in the back building on the ground; is if desired, helpful available. Pick-up and drop-off service to and from Alicante or Murcia Airport can be arranged for a fee, as well as free rides to major supermarkets. Nichtraucherdomzil; Dog or cat by arrangement.

Großzügiges Haus mit Blick auf das Mar Menor

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von Michaela sehr genossen. Es war für 4 Personen sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch was Geschirr und Küchenutensilien angeht. Der Hauswart Ralf war auch immer sofort zur Stelle bei Fragen oder wenn mal irgendwas fehlte oder nicht so funktionierte. Den einen Stern weniger in der Gesamtwertung haben wir abgezogen, weil die Lage zwar bezüglich Strandnähe super war, allerdings uns als Hundebesitzer doch etwas mehr Grün in der Umgebung gefreut hätte, auch waren fußläufig entfernte Restaurants fast alle auf Grund der absoluten Nebensaison fast alle geschlossen. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber gut erholt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

Urlaub im Herbst

Wir können das Haus auch außerhalb der Feriensaison empfehlen. Im Oktober/November hatten wir noch angenehme Badetemperaturen und den Strand hatten wir fast für uns alleine. Das Haus/Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Praktisch ist der Service des Housekeepers, der um die Ecke wohnt. Als das Internet ausfiel, hatten wir sofort einen Ansprechpartner, der sich um das Problem gekümmert hat. Das Gelände um das Haus ist hundesicher eingezäunt, sodass wir uns wegen unserem Vierbeiner keine Sorgen machen mussten. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Viele Geschäfte/Restaurants haben auf der Landzunge schon geschlossen, trotzdem konnten wir zu Fuß einkaufen und Essen gehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Casa perfecta para unas vacaciones

Hemos estado con mi familia y unos amigos dos semanas en la casa. Tiene todos los detalles necesarios, como si estuvieras en tu propia casa... toallas, sábanas, jabón de manos, trapos de cocina, lavavajillas, aparcamiento, aire acondicionado y ventiladores, barbacoa... todo super limpio. Lo único es que hay que llevar repelente para mosquitos. Ralf y Petra muy atentos y amables, viven en la casa de al lado. La ubicación perfecta, al lado del mar menor y muy cerca del Mediterráneo. Tolle Zeit in der Villa Calinda

In den 8 Wochen Aufenthalt haben wir das sehr gut ausgestattete Haus genossen. Besonders positiv ist die gut bestückte Küche, die perfekte Möglichkeit zum online arbeiten, der tolle Ausblick auf das Mar Menor und überdachte, großzügige Terrasse. Besonders zu erwähnen sind das im Nebenhaus lebende deutsche Ehepaar, die sich um alle Belange des Hauses vorbildlich kümmern. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Una Villa Encantadora.

He vivido 6 días maravillosos cerca de dos mares. Las vistas del la habitación suit con baño en la misma habitación y los armarios inmensos para guardar todo. La casa está muy completa el menaje es extenso hay de todo, más de lo que puedas imaginar. Ralf es correcto y pendiente de los habitantes de la casa, no habla casi nada español. El inconveniente de la casa es que la entrada es comunitaria con Ralf. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y en salón. Solo hay 1 tele en la casa para lo grande que es, pero tiene muchas zonas de relax para leer o charlar tomando una copa. La chimenea interior y exterior dan a ver la casa señorial que es. La zona es muy tranquila y para aparcar una maravilla en la calle e incluso dentro de la casa. La recomiendo 100% Volvería sin duda.

Großzügige Ferienunterkunft in bester Lahe von La Manga

Wir waren im August 2023 mit 3 Personen in der Villa für 14 Tage zu Gast. Für den Check-in und alle weiteren Anliegen waren jederzeit Ralf und seine Frau,die im Hinterhaus wohnen, ansprechbar.Die beiden sind sehr nett und kümmern sich sofort um auftretende Probleme.Die Villa liegt ca 50m Fußweg vom Mar Menor entfernt.Zum Mittelmeer sind es 5 min zu gehen.Der Mittelmeerstrand ist sehr sauber und in diesem Strandabschnitt auch nicht zu überlaufen.Die Umgebung des Hauses ist ruhig und mit Klimaanlage konnte man auch bei den bei unserem Aufenthalt herrschenden tropisch-feuchten Temperaturen gut schlafen.Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts die Klimaanlage in einem der Hauptschlafzimmer defekt.Zum Glück waren wir nur zu dritt,so dass unser Sohn auf der Ausziehcouch im dritten Zimmer übernachtet hat.Die überdachte Terrasse des Hauses ist sehr geräumig und der umgebende kleine Garten schön angelegt und gepflegt.Alles,was man zur Selbstversorgung so benötigt ist im Haus und in der Küche vorhanden.Zur Begrüßung waren sogar Getränke kalt gestellt.Parken konnten wir im Hof oder direkt vor der Gartentür.Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht.

Casa maravillosa y oerdecta

Estancia perfecta.. casa limpia, grande, acogedora, bien cuidada.. con muchos detalles.. todo ha sido perfecto. A medio minuto andando del mar menor y a5 minutos andando del mar mediterráneo. Muchas gracias. Ralf, fue de gran ayuda, ya que salió a nuestro encuentro en bicicleta, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, sin ser visto. El jardín, aunque no muy grande, suficiente para que nuestros perros jugarán sin tregua, y nosotros disfrutamos de unas más que agradables noches.... Muchas gracias por vuestra hospitalidad... Si volvemos a la manga, contaremos con vuestra casa la primera...

Très bien placé sur La Manga

Terrasse très agréable , jardin exotique et ombragé bien entretenu . L'accès aux plages en quelques pas . J'ai apprécié que le nécessaire pour la cuisine était prévu ( pâtes , choco , café , sel , sucre etc pour le premier repas . ) : Pratique quand on arrive le soir avec des enfants . Schönes, sauberes Haus

Das Haus ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und für jedes Problem wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Wer ein ruhiges Plätzchen sucht, ist hier in der Winterzeit richtig.

Wir können das Mietobjekt sehr empfehlen. War alles sehr sauber, schöne Aussicht aufs Mar Menor. Zum schönen Mittelmeerstrand waren es knapp 10 Gehminuten. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Una Zona muy tranquila, una casa que no le falta un detalle, y aunque este como portero de la casa nuestro amigo ralf es como si no estubiera.
