Holiday house Balkenvilla Kolberg / Heidesee / Brandenburg

You can expect a cozy cottage in log house style with a living space of 70 m² on 2 floors for 5 people. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms and a balcony.
For our youngest guests we have a travel / extra bed and a high chair.
In the living area there is the spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area, fireplace, TV, WiFi, and a large bathroom with shower.
The large terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax.
The house is located on a 1700 m² plot of land with a parking space south of Berlin.
Kolberg invites you to experience the region from the water with its own beach and boat harbor. The port has a slipway, so you can easily launch your own boat with the trailer. From here you can be in Berlin in about 5 hours. There are 2 water ski facilities in the vicinity. The distance from the house to the port and the beach is about 1 km. Our location and surroundings are also a popular destination for cyclists with lots of nature and the Spreewald nearby. It is about 40 km to Berlin.

Wir (zu dritt) haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefüllt. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das absolute Highlight war der Kamin im Wohnbereich.Marco ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, das Holzhaus entsprach vollstens unseren Vorstellungen. Die Region hat unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, auch direkt vor der Haustür. Wir machten es uns am Kamin gemütlich und können diese Unterkunft in jeglicher Hinsicht weiterempfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt in der Balkenvilla war sehr angenehm und ruhig. Es fehlte uns an nichts nur das Sofa war nicht sonderlich bequem. Die Landschaft ist für Naturliebende natürlich sehr schön, überall Wälder und Seen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und problemlos.

Die Unterkunft war für zwei Personen sehr gemütlich und erholsam ( für mehr Leute eventuell etwas klein) … wir kamen aus den Berliner Alltag raus und konnten die Zeit so nutzen wie wir uns die gedacht haben Die Küche war gepflegt und konnte sehr gut genutzt werden..An einzelnen Utensilien war leider ein Verschleiß zu erkennen (unscharfe Messer) Gewürze waren erst leider nicht da … wurden aber GANZ LIEB SOFORT NACHGEREICHT :) Jederzeit würden wir dort gern ein Alltags-Ausbruch dort vornehmen

Ein toller Jahreswechsel im Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Jahreswechsel zusammen mit unseren zweijährigen Kindern im Ferienhaus verbracht, und waren sowohl von der Ausstattung als auch von der Sauberkeit und der Umgebung begeistert. Im Ferienhaus gibt es alles wichtige was man so braucht und es war alles in sehr guten Zustand!In der Küche lässt sich dank der vielen Utensilien gut kochen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist unkompliziert und er ist wirklich freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Perfekt für eine Woche Naturgenuss im Herbst

Ein schönes Holzhaus mit bullerndem Pelletofen, wenn man mag, aber auch die Heizkörper halten es warm. Es liegt auf dem großen Besitzergrundstück und man ist dennoch für sich unter großen Bäumen, über die die Eichhörnchen huschen. Für uns Tage zu Fuß und per Fahrrad durch den schönen Herbst in der herrlichen und abwechslungsreichen Natur (Kieferforst mit Pilzen, Seen und Kanäle, Auwälder, ...) unterwegs zu sein. Meist super Radwege in der Umgebung. Die Möglichkeiten Berlin, Potsdam oder die Therme in Bad Saarow schnell erreichbar zu besuchen, hatten wir zwar auf dem Zettel, aber des schönen Wetters wegen nicht genutzt. Freundlicher Kontakt zum Besitzer und im Haus alles passend.
