South Harbour 11 C is located in the heart of Pensacola Beach. Amazing views, walking distance to nearly everything Pensacola Beach has to offer. Park and play at its finest. Gated community with private pool and beach. Very large balcony with amazing views for morning coffee and evening sunsets.
Amazing 2 BR, 2 bath Gulf View Condo that sleeps 6. Condo is located on the 11th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexcio, Villa Sabine Bay and the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. Countlees restaurants and activities such as charter fishing, dolphin and sailing cruises as well as numerous activities for the kids all within walking distance. Located directly across the street from Casino Beach and the Pensacola Beach Pier. Free trolley is available May - September.

Clean, beautiful and soul charging!

My sister and I would like to thank our hosts for an absolutely beautiful and relaxing place to call home for a week. From the property description, to the booking of said property, to the timely communications from the host upon our arrival and during our checkout, everything was seamless. The view is nothing shy of spectacular! The patio is so comfortably inviting that one starts and ends the day with a smile and a heart full of gratitude. I can’t imagine a better location. Walk to everything: beach, shops, and restaurants. A back balcony view of the bay that can’t be beat. Great host, excellent communication, quick responses, no surprises.

Amazing views

Views of the bay and beach from balcony. Perfect location to watch sunset. Can pretty much walk to whatever you want to do. Greg was the perfect host with a comfortable, clean space to enjoy. I highly recommend for a beach vacation!

Nice clean condo with amazing views!

Condo was very well kept, clean and nice! Awesome bay & beach view from the back porch! The beach view from the front was so pretty too! Walking distance to most places! The host recommended Andy from hotspot charters! He was great! Defiantly would stay in this exact spot next time we visit!

Beautiful Bay View

The condo was very nice, and felt very homey. Everything was immaculate, Furniture and beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was great, he even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Favorite place in the condo was the balcony which had absolutely AMAZING view!! Can’t wait to go back!

PERFECT STAY

We had a great time staying at South Harbour 11C. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Gregory was a terrific host and answered any questions we had quickly. You can’t beat the beautiful views and location. Walking distance to Casino Beach, restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back. 100% recommend!!

Perfect Pensacola Beach Location

South Harbour is a great location. You can walk to everything. You can get to the Gulf or the Bay very easily or you can just hang out at the Little Sabine beach area near the pool. This property was amazing. It was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend to all. :)

Great Location

Check in and check out was very smooth. The owners were wonderful to work with and the condo was in the PERFECT location to everything we love to do. Short walk to Flounder’s Chowder House and shops. Condo was clean and comfy and the balcony is where we spent all of our time having coffee and cocktails. Definitely check out this condo to stay.

The condo was clean, well decorated, stocked with the essentials. The balcony had amazing views!

The hosts were great and very helpful and informative from initial booking to final checkout. Very quick to reply to messages. The listing does not do it justice. We were so impressed with the accommodations. The very large balcony had gorgeous views of the sound and the gulf! I highly recommend!

Unit is very nice. Sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. Recommend (and later noticed same advice on other sites) bring additional bar soap and paper goods -- toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, etc. Bar soap was hard to foam.
