We had such a wonderful stay at David and Cheryl’s property! The space was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a holiday getaway. We especially loved the huge one acre yard and took full advantage of all the amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and pickleball court.David and Cheryl were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and the thoughtful touch of saving us some gelato was such a sweet surprise! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun place to stay.

This is an amazing place, especially for a family with kids. It was clean, well-stocked, and had lots of things to do at just the property. The hosts were more than accommodating. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was the best it could be. I wish we were coming back really soon. I'd definitely stay here again.

We are local and needed a property for a staycation for our immediate family AND to host a combined graduation party (with extended family and friends) to celebrate our 8th grader, high schooler and college graduates. The hosts and the property were absolutely perfect. From the VRBO house, to the 1 acre property with pickle ball, pool, photo opps, games and more, to the amazing homemade gelato (by the host), to the hosts above and beyond support and flexibility for our event and throughout our entire stay. We loved it so much we weren't ready to leave and ended up staying an extra night. The hosts and the property gave us the opportunity to honor all the hard work of our graduates and to make memories that our family and friends will never forget. We definitely plan to stay again.

Wedding

Cheryl and David were amazing hosts with this beautiful home. Although the property is shared, both Cheryl and David (the owners) do a great job of giving you space and privacy, while also being warm and welcoming! I had my wedding in the backyard of this home and it was everything I ever dream of. We had about 70 people come, and the space, lighting, atmosphere, etc. was perfect due to the beauty of this home. Although I mainly rented for an event, I would definitely stay here again for a family vacation!

Cozy, Clean, and Convenient

Cheryl was an amazing host! She check in regularly and gave great suggestions for places to eat, hikes, etc. Check in was easy. Great neighborhood with groceries and great places to eat near by. The house is very well equipped and has everything needed for an extended stay. Great beds, linens, and appliances. We took advantage of the fresh citrus fruit in the yard. A real treat! Would highly recommend booking this home. We hope to be back in the future.
