Siena - B&B in a 5000 M2 estate at the foot of the Colorado mountains

Character property of 5000 M2 with heated swimming pool from May 2026. Access hours are from 10 am to 7 pm. L'Iguana offers 3 cottages 1 km from the village of Rustrel and a stone's throw from the Ochres quarries (Les Forges).

Pets not allowed.

The Sienne accommodation of about 30 M2 has a private space in the garden in front of the accommodation, furnished with an outdoor dining table, 2 deckchairs and a barbecue.

Inside, you will find:
- An open kitchen equipped (hob, mini fridge, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, kettle) and basic amenities.
- A dining area.
- A living room with a single bed and a TV.
- A bedroom with a double bed, duvet and sheets provided and a storage cupboard.
- A bathroom with toilet (towels provided) and basic equipment.

For your comfort:
The accommodation has Wi-Fi, a fan and heating.

In the owner's house, a washing machine and a dryer are available depending on the length of stay (minimum 5 nights).
A drying rack is available in the garden (shared with other travellers).

Outside, you will enjoy a large shared garden with hammocks and a playground: badminton, pétanque and table tennis.

Free private parking in the property.
A swimming pool in the property has just been installed. It will be heated from May 2026 until October 31, 2026. Access hours are from 8 am to 8 pm. Facilities around it are under construction. For safety reasons, babies and children who cannot swim are not allowed.

Arrivals are from 3 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.
Please dispose of your rubbish before you leave (containers are located in front of the Colorado Pizzeria).

Colorado Provençal is a 3-minute drive or 20-minute walk.
In Rustrel, you will find a good bakery with lunchtime, a bar, a municipal swimming pool open in summer, a supermarket and a post office.
For your shopping, the town of Apt is about 7 km away.

Activities:
Among the activities to do in the region, a visit to the typical villages of the Luberon are a must, Gordes (classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France), Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lourmarin or Lacoste...
Other activities are also possible, tasting in the wine estates, horseback riding, hiking, local markets, visits to the ochre quarries or the famous lavender fields (in summer).
