This guest room converted into a gîte offers a certain comfort in a secure setting (quiet street, enclosed courtyard, large grounds with children's games).

PLEASE NOTE: In order to facilitate the organization of your family or friends' reunions, Hélène offers, on request, breakfast for your stays of 1 to 3 nights (included). On the ground floor: the entrance leads to the lounge-TV area, the laundry room and the large dining room opening onto the kitchen, with in addition, a toilet.

The first floor is distributed over 3 bedrooms, all with their own shower room-WC. The "Campagne" Room and the "Les Embruns" Room are for 2 people. The "La Forestière" Room accommodates 4 people with the possibility of 2 additional beds, [hidden] 6 people.

The courtyard onto which the facade opens is shared with the owners who also offer you access to a very pleasant flower garden with children's games, an arbour welcoming meals ... and a few closed chickens that will delight young and old.

For your comfort, the beds are made on your arrival and the charges are included (excluding tourist tax). Please note, no internet available. Parking is in the enclosed courtyard or near the house and a shelter is available for motorcycles. End-of-stay cleaning is offered (80 €, a deposit of an equivalent amount will be requested on your arrival).

Possibility of breakfast (6 € per person per day).

Activities / services on site: shops of first necessity in the town center, marked hikes.

Nearby: Discovery of the Gorges de la Semène, the Loire Valley in Aurec sur Loire (Respirando area), discovery of old industrial sites, activities for children, trail area, water activities.

NON-SMOKING GITE.
The owners live in the adjoining house, so the outdoor spaces are shared. During the "heating" period, the owners will be required to visit you to take care of filling the wood boiler. Thank you for your understanding.
