House is within walking distance of Liberty square, Hammerhand Coffee, Price Chopper, Family Tree Nursery, Quiktrip, etc.

20 min to downtown Kansas City.
19 min to stadiums.
23 min to airport.

Family-friendly space. There’s a baby crib in a closet, just let me know if you need it set up ahead of time.

The house is 100 years old, so it has lots of creaks and character, but I keep it maintained and clean for my wonderful guests!

Wonderful home away from home

We were in town for gradustion festivities. This Cozzy Cottage gave us the perfect place to relax and unwind. And we coukd even walk to the square for breakfast.

We stopped here for a night on our return trip, having driven 8 hours that day, so this little jewel was a welcome refuge. It was easy to find and simple to get in. Our host had sent all the info well in advance, which made everything go smoothly. The house is definitely cozy without feeling cramped. It’s beautifully decorated without being too “extra.” It was clean and tidy. She had some of the best tasting coffee beans as well! I would’ve loved to have stayed longer. I traveled with my son and his wife, and the space was perfect for us. I highly recommend this place.
The back deck was lovely in the morning! It felt very private even though there are homes all around. The backyards are long so you don’t feel crowded in.
The front bedroom has a sweet collections of children’s books, including some picture books.
The bathroom came equipped with a blow dryer and most everything you might need.

Lovely and Cozy Stay!

I had a wonderful time staying at the Cozy Cottage. The house is so charming, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean! The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful. I also loved how close it was to the city and several shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. I will absolutely be booking another stay in the future!

My family and I all loved staying at this location. The baby crib was very much appreciated. The attention to detail and design of both the interior/exterior made us feel right at home. This home is very beautiful, pictures absolutely do not do it justice. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect girls weekend retreat!

We stayed here for our weekend getaway and absolutely loved the house. It was located in a great “close to everything yet private” street and the check in/out process was so simple! We felt right at home in the adorably decorated place and would have loved to stay longer! We’ll be back in future years as we plan to make a tradition out of this weekend!
