Die Unterkunft ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Leider war diese Eck-Ferienwohnung relativ laut, da direkt an der Straße und die Aussentür auf einen offenen Laubengang ging. Ebenfalls mäßig war warmes Wasser zum Duschen, das nur tröpfchenweise kam. Ansonsten ist die Lage der Wohnung sehr gut, nur wenige Meter zum Strand oder Supermarkt. Für Autos gibt es ein Parkhaus auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.
