As a bonus, you have access to the heated collective swimming pool of the residence, open from 15 June to 15 September – perfect for cooling off at any time of the day!



This 28m² cocoon, welcoming and bright, opens onto a warm and well-arranged living space. A lounge with 2 sofas and a television allows you to relax in front of a film or sporting event after a day of activities. The dining area overlooks a functional and well-equipped open kitchen: vitroceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster and kettle. Everything is designed so that you can cook and enjoy good homemade dishes.



At night, a room with a comfortable double bed (140x200) awaits you. A sofa bed (double) in the living room can accommodate an additional sleeping space for one person. The bathroom, with a shower and hairdryer, completes the apartment.



You will be able to park easily in the residence's car park, but the accommodation does not have a designated parking space.
