Main floor master bedroom suite overlooking the sparkling blue waters of Lime Lake. Front porch and covered lakeside deck for enjoying nature and gorgeous water views. Private frontage across the street with a NEW dock, fire pit and picnic area. Pure, beautiful Leelanau at its best! 39 min. to ski Crystal Mt.!

A smart lock door code will be provided prior to your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience. We are available 24/7 by text or phone should you have any needs or request.

Gorgeous, private setting on Lime Lake! Only 4 miles from Good Harbor Beach - the lakeshore has 65 miles of shoreline and over 100 miles of hiking trails to explore! Only 3 miles from Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail - bike only 9.7 miles to Glen Arbor or 3.8 miles to Port Oneida Trailhead!

We will provide you with your personal passcode about a week before your stay to the keyless door lock.

You will never tire of gazing at the beautiful log cabin architecture in this home or the scenic lake view from the dining room, living room, and master bedroom windows.

Having your own dock/lake access is a true plus! We have 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for your use at the water's edge. We have 1 infant life jacket (under 30 lbs.), 2 childrens (30-50 lbs.), 2 youth (50-90 lbs.), and 4 adult (over 90 lbs.) available for you to use.

In the privacy of the backyard, we have a Jacuzzi Hot Tub with gorgeous forest views. Relax on any of our 3 porches in new, comfortable patio furniture.

The 2nd bedroom is a loft that hosts 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. It is a beautifully designed space.

In this house, we have our favorite couch, our favorite mattresses, and our favorite ping-pong table. We love coming here to enjoy them and think you will too!

Reverse Osmosis Filter provides you with pure drinking water at the kitchen sink... no need to bring/buy bottled water!

In the winter, please drive an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle if possible. Our home is up a hill and overlooks the entire lake - a gorgeous view!

We partner with Shady Lane Cellars to provide you with "buy one, get one free" wine tasting and with Suttons Bay Bikes to give you 10% off e-bikes, bikes, kayaks, SUPs, and tours. Many guests enjoy riding the Tart Trail to Shady Lane Cellars for wine tasting!

We’ve partnered with Stocked, a local grocery delivery service, to make your arrival effortless. Your delivery fee is covered — simply order ahead, and walk into a home with your groceries already waiting.

The cabin is professionally cleaned between each guest.

We have a steep driveway as pictured. If you are vacationing in the winter months, an all-wheel drive vehicle is a must. We do have a cut out at the bottom of the driveway that is an option for parking as well.

We do allow pets. We ask guests to pay an additional $50 per pet. Here are some pet rules we ask you to abide by:
– Housebroken pets only
– Please crate your pet if you leave your pet home alone.
– Please clean up in the yard after your pet.
– Please keep pets off of furniture, beds , and carpeted bedrooms.
- Please wipe their paws off before coming into the house.

CANCELLATION POLICY (If using VRBO to book, please look carefully at this as it is not accurately represented by VRBO in the booking window.) Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid (minus the 10% processing fee). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% (minus the 10% processing fee). Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

The house is really well-stocked and in a good location (easy travel times to Lake Leelanau, Traverse City, Glen Arbor, etc.). The dock for the lake is really nice and the lake itself is lovely to splash around in (not too muddy and the shallow part is extensive).

Wonderful time away from home

We truly enjoyed our vacation and this lovely home made it so special. Very pleasantly surprised that this property 100% matched the pictures on line. Very spacious, had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable, large bathrooms and clean. The quiet Lake is across the road but not a very busy road so an easy and safe crossing. My dog loved the lake!! Great location and can’t wait to go back !

A perfect weekend getaway

We had the best time! I booked for a mini moon following our NYE wedding and it was perfect. The cabin was so cozy feeling while being spacious. The location was amazing for being able to visit glen arbor and Leland areas! We also enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. We brought our little fur babies and they had a blast as well! Kelsey was a great host, so quick to communicate and so kind. We would stay again for sure!

Absolutely Stunning

This property was gorgeous! I booked the cabin for a nice relaxing get away for my birthday and it did not disappoint. It blew away my expectations. It was the best of both worlds. If you wanted fun they had multiple games and activities you could enjoy. Or if you wanted to just relax, the view and hot tub were a must. Everything was spotless and organized. My family and I are already planning to come back next year!

July 4th week

We had an incredible time! Kelsey is the most wonderful host. The cottage is beautiful, impeccably clean, with lots of room to explore. The amenities are superb and it seems they thought of everything here. Lime Lake is stunning and we took full advantage of the kayaks and SUPs. Lazy Days at the Lake

Beautiful view of Lime Lake. Very comfortable home with everything needed for 4 adults and 2 children to spend a week relaxing and enjoying the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore area. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards and fire pit by the lake. We hiked some trails, biked, and enjoyed the beaches at Glen Haven, Good Harbor Bay, and Empire. Sailed on the tall ship Manitou out of Traverse Bay for a wonderful afternoon on the water. Made so many memories. Very comfortable and convenient home. Thank you!

Relaxation and Gorgeous Views

My husband and I have stayed at Lime Lake Therapy several times now, both in late spring and in the fall. Everything you need to have a relaxing time is provided - the fabulous hot tub, the kayaks and paddle boards, fire pit including firewood, and amazing sunrises over the lake! Inside the house, it's comfortable and well-appointed (all kitchen utensils / appliances etc, towels, even shampoo and conditioner is provided!). You will lack for nothing. The lake is peaceful and beautiful to view from the balcony or the beach. Joe and Kelsey are great hosts and respond very quickly. Thanks for another great visit at Lime Lake, we'll be back again!

Loved the place! Felt like coming home. They provided so much, we wouldn’t have to bring anything to have a good time. The kitchen was stocked with spices, oil, paper towels and trash bags. The cupboards were filled with a good amount of cooking tools too. Same thing in the bathroom: towels, shampoo and conditioners were all offered by the owners. The outside was really nice too and offered a lot to do on the lake. The little dock lets you get into the water easily with one of the paddling boards or you can spend the day on the water in a kayak! There’s a little picnic table by the water and a fire pit too to have a little bonfire when it’s getting dark. The whole place had just a very open and warm, cozy vibe. It’s nicely isolated from other people but still in a manageable driving distance to Traverse city and a couple smaller shops even closer by. We enjoyed our stay so much and can only recommend spending a couple days here to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the porch.
