Situated on the 2nd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 85m² apartment, near the coast, has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for five. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The two bedrooms have double beds (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, towels, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries.

You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Ideally located on Boulevard Gambetta, the apartment is in a lively, central neighbourhood, within easy reach of the train station, the sea and numerous shops. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from the Promenade des Anglais, in a practical, well-connected environment, perfect for discovering Nice on foot or by public transport.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Alsace-Lorraine (lines L2 and L3), is just 5 minutes away.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is approximately a 12-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Please note that no animals are allowed on the property.
There is also a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
