The distance from the sea, beach, restaurants and supermarkets is 50m. On the coast (only 50m from the apartment) there is the walking route "Lungo Mare" or "Franz Josef's Walk" from Opatija to Lovran. In addition, it is perfect for a pleasant walk in the evening or during the day to the beach.
The apartment has a bedroom and living room and a small cows and of course a nice bathroom. The bedroom has two beds, a large closet and a dessert.
In the living room there is also a bed where two more people can sleep, a satellite TV, air conditioning, dining table and in the cows there is a fridge, electric stove and another table.
The 350 m2 garden is also at your disposal and is only a few meters from the sea. In the garden there is a grill, large dining table and cradles for the children. The view of the sea and the islands of Krk and Cres at sunset give the stay a romantic atmosphere.
