Overall: this place is GREAT!In town for: leisure, DSRT Surf, Sherman's DeliStay again: Yep, but only during weekdaysBritta's space is a steal of a deal! The studio is spacious and well cared for. The decorations are fun, but there is still plenty of space to store all of our travel items. The bathroom is huge, and the kitchenette has everything we needed for a 3-day stay. We enjoyed the patio for breakfast in the early morning, and it was serene! We walked all around the property to check out the pools and gym - everything was clean and again, well cared for. The front gate guys are polite and helpful. We are an incredibly quiet couple, so if you are the same, take note: weekdays are wonderfully quiet, but the weekends are definitely noisier - we visited other pools to have a more peaceful environment away from a bachelorette party and screaming children, but you can't escape the public space from the room and it can be very loud.

Beautifully decorated, well maintained, fully stocked VRBO. We've stayed in many VRBO's over the years and this one may have been the best - clearly professionally run. Although small square footage, it has absolutely everything needed - and maybe even a little more. It is steps from the pool so be prepared for some foot traffic and music, but windows and doors are heavy and insulated. It's close to shopping, golfing, resort amenities close by. Large, well lit bathroom with nice tub and shower. We would stay again.

Amenities very nice. VRBO well stocked with snacks, coffee and tea. We enjoyed the location within the complex. Quiet and relaxing, close to pool and hot tub. The on site small cafe was not open the weekend we stayed which meant we had to drive a few minutes away to get breakfast. We definitely would stay again!

Just perfect

We had a wonderful weekend at the studio, it was beautifully furnished and stocked with snacks! The pool is right there and nice to relax by. The bed is super comfortable, nice bedding and a firm mattress.

Lovely Serene Getaway

Exceeded our Expectations!

My husband and I stayed here while attending Stagecoach and the place was exactly as advertised- beautiful, well appointed, and a superb location. We were able to relax poolside during the day and were only a short ride to the festival at night. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone interested!

Desert Get-Away

I planned a little get-away and was delighted when I stepped into this little oasis. A very charming and private casita stocked with everything I needed. The entire process and accessibility were extremely easy and seamless. I highly recommend this property and I will look forward to my return next year!

I loved everything about my stay at the property and especially enjoyed the studio. It was so clean and peaceful and Britta was such a gracious host.When I had an issue with my charger, she was extremely responsive and responded immediately. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend it. I can't wait to return again soon!
