Parfait, l’hôte m’a aider et a régler tout les soucis rapidement, il répondait rapidement, très poli.Je recommande le logement à 15min de l’iut de saint brieuc pour les étudiants.

L'appartement est bien il y a juste ce qu'il faut.. Jeff est sympathique mais je suis resté les 15 j avec le store du salon fermé et j'ai eu quelques blattes au début de mon séjour. Il y a des commerces a proximité mais la rue est bruyante si on aime avoir les fenêtres ouvertes.

Très bel appartement, bien agencé et avec goût.Prestation tout à fait exact avec beaucoup de rangements.Endroit stratégique pour visiter la région.Très proche du centre ville, à côté de la Vallée de Gouédic pour descendre jusqu'au port et aller manger une galette "Chez Martin" en face le pont tournant.Location à recommander car c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix.Le propriétaire est super sympa.
