Relax and enjoy your Maui vacation at Unit #112 Napili Bay Resort! The beach is right outside your door-just steps away! Our privately owned condo has a beautiful ocean view of Napili Bay and the beach. You can also see the islands of Molokai and Lanai! Enjoy our uncrowded beach which is great for swimming, snorkeling, surfing and sunbathing. You can also enjoy gorgeous sunsets, whale and sea turtle watching right from your lanai! Walk the beautiful coastal beach trail or turn and walk along one of the beautiful golf courses. You can also walk to Turtle Bay, Kapalua Beach, Ironwood Beach and Fleming Beach. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, sunset cocktails and pupus or dinner at one of the small restaurants on the beach. You won't find high rise hotels here!

Napili Bay is a wonderful honeymoon location! Semi-private for watching beautiful sunsets and walks along the beach. Dining nearby! It's the perfect romantic setting!

Our newly remodeled condo has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay: a king size bed, newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances and is complete with everything you need for cooking. The bathroom is completely remodeled with tiled shower and rain shower head and features a new granite counter and closet. For your convenience we have wi-fi, 40' HD flat screen tv and DVD player and phone for local calls. We have installed a new high efficiency fan in the living area.

There is also a community patio with 2 gas grills, tables and night lighting. Free off street secure parking. There is an onsite laundry facility with 2 washers and dryers and a coin exchange machine - open 24 hrs. This condo (Unit #112) is on the ground level of a two story condominium. ***We greatly appreciate extended bookings! A welcome gift basket is provided in our condo for guests that stay 1 week or more***

This location is perfect for enjoying the island! You are 10 minutes from the charming harbor town of Lahaina with unique shopping, a variety of restaurants and bars, art galleries, and charter activities (scuba diving, deep sea fishing, sailing, parasailing). A few minutes away is Kapalua (world-class golfing and tennis), grocery stores, and a snorkel/surf rental shop.

Great stay on Napili Bay

Cute little studio, great location right on Napili Bay, 1 minute walk to the water. Host was very responsive, reimbursed us for new bed sheets (sheets & towels were washed with perfumed laundry detergent).

Ten days in paradise

Napili Bay was the perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday. The island breeze, the incredible view of the bay from our back porch, and the sounds of the birds in the trees made our stay a most memorable one. The studio condo is so conveniently located just steps away from the beach and comes equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ten beautiful days and nights in paradise!

Wonderful beach property

It was awesome! The birds will serenade you at 0530, but it is short, then they get quiet again. I loved it. The view from the deck is great. Amazing sunsets. Quick access to the beach. Lovely home. Easy for 4 of us. Great location. Napili Bay is my favorite.

Although the unit is just a studio, it has everything and its right on the beach. The unit is also supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, as well as kids toys. Great Value !!

Great access to Napili Bay

Nice but small - like a hotel room but the full kitchen was handy. Quite literally on the beach!! Lots of beach stuff to use - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. Bed and couch were both very comfortable. No A/C. A bit noisy due to thin walls plus I could hear the people above me walking around. While there is a small deck with chairs and a table - it’s really crowded and too hot to sit outside.

Can’t beat the location, being able to see and hear the ocean 24-7 was wonderful. Even having the birds with all their noise didn’t bother us, actually missed it when we went to Waikiki. The size of the condo was a lot smaller than anticipated and if you are staying for a week there was no storage space. The drawers in the dresser were filled with linens, the closet was filled with miscellaneous items and there was no space to put suitcases for access to your things. We liked the complex, very clean, laundry facilities were great and beach access was great.

Beautiful beach just outside!

We had a great stay at Napili bay, loved being so close to the beach that we could hear the ocean all night! The location is perfect, and walking distance to the Kapalua coastal trail and nearby Honokeana Bay for snorkeling with turtles (my favorite part!). Well-maintained condo with everything we needed, including some beach gear (umbrella, chairs, floats) which were much appreciated. Lots of parking. The only thing I didn’t love was the walls are kind of thin, and with no real way to close windows (they’re all screens) it was easy to hear loud neighbors conversations, etc. That’s not the fault of the owner, just how the place is built. Overall a great place and would love to come back for another stay here!

Sweet digs and location (too bad about the noise)

We were impressed by the well appointed and renovated suite: lovely kitchen, bathroom and very comfortable king-sized bed! We were also delighted by the welcome gift that the hosts had provided. We appreciated the partial ocean view from our lanai, and being steps form the beach, along with the beach chairs, mats, boogie boards and cooler that the hosts provided. We would've given this property a 5/5 if it hadn't been for the construction noise from the next door restoration project happening from May 2017-June 2018. This noise went daily from 7:30 am-4:30 pm, making it unpleasant to be at the condo during those hours, which was unfortunate, and, despite the lovely location, provoked relief at departure! We wish the owners had informed us of this issue.

Simply paradise!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Napili Bay Resort unit 112, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The location of Napili Bay Resort is simply stunning. Situated right on the beautiful Napili Bay, I had direct access to one of the most picturesque and serene beaches I've ever seen. The crystal-clear turquoise waters and soft golden sand made for the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I enjoyed long walks along the shoreline and spent hours lounging under the shade of palm trees, taking in the peaceful atmosphere. The accommodations provided were top-notch. The unit I stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare meals whenever I wanted. The private balcony offered breathtaking ocean views, and I loved sipping my morning coffee while listening to the sound of the waves. I would highly recommend booking a stay to all of my family and friends! Thank you again!

Listing was deceptive

Expected a room with view of the ocean. Our unit faced the adjacent resort. To see the ocean. You needed to go outside down the sidewalk turn to the left, turn right, go down the steps and out thru the gate. Then you see the view in the listing. Nice welcoming package but doesnt make up for lack of view. Also tried contacting owner about a late departing time, phone call, texts only to not hear back. Also the information from the owner on how to get to the property had the wrong address. Instead of Hui Drive they had Hui Road of which there were multiple, causing us to spend an extra hour to locate.

Napili Bay Resort

Property is centrally located on Nāpili Beach but does not have pool or grassy area. Unit #112 is extremely dated with underperforming refrigerator (won’t even keep ice frozen) broken dishwasher, cockroaches, overcrowded dresser, closet and bathroom cabinet with no room for personal items. Does not have in unit laundry. There is a certain “aroma” that wafts in through louvre windows most of the day. Our stay included a leaking kitchen drain and we were told to do dishes in bathroom sink:(( The units at the front of property include a beautiful view of ocean but this side unit has a narrow patio with a view of plywood wall that is quite claustrophobic with no where to escape to unless always on beach. I asked owner for 2 day compensation due to inability to cook and cited unsanitary conditions and she has not responded. The lack of integrity is shocking. I do not recommend this unit.

Stunning Napili Bay

One can't top Napili Bay for spectacular views, wonderful beach, and beautiful sunsets. Family oriented complex right on the beach. The studio condo had everything we needed. Loved seeing honus( sea turtles) right in the bay and being able to snorkel right there. Kapulua Coastal Trail is also within walking distance, saw the first whales of the season coming through from here! What a thrill! Will definitely stay in the Napili Bay area again.

Diamond on the beach

So enjoyed our days here. We could hear the ocean from our room at night. Access to the beach was easy and beach amenities were provided. Would suggest a small cooler. There are birds. They sleep at night. Did not bother our stay. This area is wonderful to spend your time. Happy hour at Sea House is close and walkable. Don’t miss that.

PERFECT FOR 2, LOVELY BAY, EASY BEACH ACCESS

Napili Bay Resort is a lovely smaller condominium complex right on the water. This unit faces the green space on the right of the building (not ocean facing) but you can see the ocean from the Lanai and you can hear it all the time. There is a roosting spot right outside this condo for the local Myna Birds ;) They are VERY vocal at sunset and sunrise. I LOVED IT! some have stated they are tooo loud, which I can understand why they say that. But they never bothered me. I loved it. The bay just out front is an easy walk, beach access from condo's, there are turtles out there, not alot of fish, but some. there is a rinsing off spot just at the edge of the beach. the Gazebo has the BEST MACADAMIA NUT PANCAKES! CONS: The condo is small, I don't really see how more than 2 can stay here comfortably. The bathroom is small as well. But perfect for a couple! my only critical thought is that the floors between the upstairs and downstairs are thin.. you can hear everything they are doing upstairs. This only became an issue at nights when it was time to settle down... but by the 10 0'clock hour everyone was pretty quiet. if you're looking for a really quiet, peaceful hawaiian experience this is probably not the right condo location. But if you're looking for fun, wonderful bay, easy access, AMAZING macadamia nut pancakes RIGHT NEXT DOOR, and you don't mind the busyness of the complex then it is perfect!

Very nice but noisy

Property has been remodeled nicely but location is very noisy from other people especially at this unit and resort next door, cars coming and going, and birds squawking while settling in at night and starting up again about 5am. It made it very hard to have a relaxing and peaceful trip unlike the many other places we have stayed in the past.

Very well appointed condo. Excellent location for the beach , literally steps away. The birds will sing you the songs of there people , every morning at 5:30 . Other than that , would most definitely come back to this spot. Cheers!

Steps from the beach

We really enjoyed our stay, the studio was clean and steps from the beach. I was a little worrisome about no AC at night but there was a nice breeze from our lanai to the front door, we never felt hot. Definitely looking to book again.

Great Location Except for Myna Birds

Overall, the place was as advertised. Nice view of Napili bay from the lanai and had everything you needed. I would have given the place a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the Myna birds that invaded the bushes that are right next to the Lanai. The birds would arrive by the hundreds around sunset and start "chattering" so loudly you could hardly carry on a conversation inside the unit with the doors and windows closed. They would finally settle down when it was dark out but would start "chattering" again at first light in the morning. No need for an alarm clock if that's the time you like to arise in the morning. They would fly away at sunrise so you could enjoy the rest of your day. We stayed the first week in January and I don't know if the birds are seasonal or roost in the bushes year round.

Why they chose this property

We have been vacationing at the Napili Bay beach for over 35 years.

We started coming as a young couple and loved that we could stay at the beach all day sunbathing, swimming, reading or just relaxing with the convenience of running inside for a snack, or just a break! Our condo is conveniently located near Lahaina which offers lots of activity, shopping and dining. We continued to vacation here with our young children every year during the holidays or spring breaks and extensively explored the island over the years. We visited the other islands as well, but keep coming back to our favorite Maui and Napili Bay.

Our children are grown but still love to come with us to surf, swim, snorkel or scuba dive at our beach or the nearby other beaches. We head into Lahaina for the nightlife or watch the beautiful beach sunset and fire up the grill with our fresh fish from the local market.

We know you will enjoy life at the beach in this comfortable condo as much as we do!
