Not sure "never coming to here again" is accurate when you never stayed here in the first place. The reservation was cancelled due to overlapping booking and, per VRBO policy, you were fully refunded, albeit in 5-7 days. Thus, your money was NOT taken. VRBO, perhaps you should spend less time making TV commercials and focus more on your app so none of this is allowed to happen. Take a few pointers from Airbnb perhaps?
