Wonderful Stay

My friends and I had an amazing time staying at this cabin. The property was exactly as described, and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for our interest. We were able to fish, hike, explore the area, and relax in the Hot Springs all with an easy reach from the cabin.

Very impressed with how we were cared for. Nice views. Enjoyed the bottle of wine and coffee. Clean home with easy access. We could have used an air conditioner but overall very nice experience.

Absolutely gorgeous home and very nice stay!

The pictures do not do this cabin justice. Home away from home, has everything you need plus more, tucked away and secluded. We saw a bunch of deer. Loved the top deck / master room!! The vaulted ceilings, views, everything!! Such a beautiful & homey place. Clean and well organized, not too close to other cabins and very private. Close to the town of pagosa springs. The owners were very communicative which is a huge plus. We will definitely be back. Thank you for having us. My family and I really loved your place.

A lovely home. Our only suggestion is to put a window unit AC in the upstairs bedroom, as it doesn’t have windows to create a cross-breeze, and can get quite warm.

Beautiful clean, cozy cabin!

Our stay truly felt like home away from home! LOVED getting to bring my pup along with us.💚The home is super clean and has numerous amenities/accommodations available for guests to use. Beds are also very comfortable! Absolutely loved drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings and getting to watch the wildlife in the neighborhood. This was a wonderful place to come home to and relax after long days of adventure. The hosts were also wonderful–they were very kind, helpful, and prompt in responding to messages! Loved our stay here so much that we actually ended up extending by 4 days.💚

We have put a lot of effort into making this cabin experience a true “getaway retreat” from the hustle and bustle of work or busy city life. Come relax in our beautiful cabin and enjoy what southwest Colorado has to offer!

What makes this property unique

The cabin is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a county-maintained gravel road in a secluded subdivision just south of downtown Pagosa Springs. There should be no issues reaching the cabin, and the property has two primary parking pads. If you are heading downtown, consider the San Juan Riverwalk, which is a 3.2 mile trail that is good for all skill levels. The year-round trail is great for walking, running, bird watching, and fishing. Dogs are also welcome to use the trail but must be kept on leash. In addition, Archuleta County offers two bus routes (Uptown and Downtown). Please check their website for pricing, and schedules.
