The villa is built on a 1.4-acre Roca Verde plot amidst a newly blooming tropical garden and fruit trees. The home comfortably sleeps six guests in spacious bedrooms (one king master suite, one king guest suite, and one queen guest suite); all bedrooms have air conditioning. There are three private full bathrooms with a 24/7 solar-heated water supply.

The master suite has access to the large private deck and mountain views. The highlights of this home are the open indoor and outdoor living and kitchen areas, which feature a traditional Costa Rican-style wood ceiling and brand-new, luxurious furnishings.

The home has a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV, high-speed internet service, and kitchen appliances.

Our property management team, Klaas and Sandra de Graaf, a multilingual (English-Dutch-Spanish) couple from the Netherlands, are ready to welcome you to Jewel Villa and will do everything possible to make your stay a great success.

As an additional service to our house guests, they offer a fee-based airport pick-up and drop-off to help you avoid the potential hassles involved in the transitions into and out of your time in Costa Rica (great especially when you have late travel plans, but a nice comfort to have in any event). They also provide car rentals (delivered to the house) and tours to all corners of the country, including the Poas and Arenal volcanoes, La Paz Waterfall Gardens, a private Catamaran Sailing tour, a visit to an Organic Coffee farm, all kinds of adventurous activities (f.e. zipline, rafting, ATV, horseback riding, fishing, sailing, hiking, etc) and tours custom made to our guests' requests throughout Costa Rica.

Pamper yourself and arrange with our managers for grocery delivery (stocking the fridge upon arrival), catering, a private chef at the house, wellness treatments, and more.

Weekly cleaning is included for guests who stay longer than 10 days. Our wonderful housekeeper, Isabel, is excellent.

The standard rate is based on two guests, allowing us to offer a competitive price for couples. Extra guests are very welcome for an additional $15 per person, per night.
