Private: small garden. Terrace, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 1.9 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 1.9 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 7 km. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und die flexible An- und Abreise hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Die Lage ist ruhig und gut, allerdings ist ein Auto von Vorteil, um die Umgebung bequem zu erkunden. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

Prima huisje

Prima huisje, zeer nette keuken en badkamer. Fijn dat er 2 toiletten zijn. Matrassen zijn echter niet goed. Grote kuilen en wij kregen allebei last van onze rug. Ook aangegeven bij eigenaresse. Hoop dat ze er iets mee gaat doen. Verder is het redelijk gehorig. Wij hebben er weinig last van gehad omdat we de hele dag op de piste stonden. In de zomer kan dit lastiger zijn.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, liegt sehr ruhig am Berg und ist super sauber. Johanna hat uns mega freundlich empfangen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Plus ist, dass Hunde willkommen sind und man schnell in Wald ist. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine sonnige Terasse, welche wir sehr gern genutzt haben. Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit hier.

Ruhige, sonnige Berglage um Wohlfühlen

Wir haben vier Nächte mit Hund bei J. verbracht. Das Apartment war super sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig am Berg und man findet tolle Gassiwege mit dem Hund im Wald. Als Ausgangslage für diverse Bergtouren fanden wir die Lage supi. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Und die Sonnenterasse lädt zum Sonnen-Frühstück und verweilen ein.

Es gab keinerlei Probleme wegen unserer Hündin oder wegen unserem 1jährigen Sohn, obwohl die beiden sich zwischen durch schonmal lautstark bemerkbar gemacht haben. Einziger kleine Wermutstropfen ist das sie Wohnung schon etwas außerhalb von Kaltenbach liegt und man immer das Auto nutzen muss.
