Il se compose d'un couloir qui dessert toilette, une chambre avec lit en 160 (avec salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne et sèche serviette), un séjour avec cuisine américaine toute équipée, plus une mezzanine mansardée avec deux lits en 80 pour les enfants.
L'appartement est entièrement climatisé, il est équipé d'une machine à café senseo, grille pain, plaques inductions, hotte, lave linge, wifi, théière, canapé, TV écran plat...
