Maison avec un grand terrain incroyablement placée juste en face du petit port et à 2 pas de la plage.Par contre, terrain non clos, et pas de portail, donc pas vraiment adapté avec des jeunes enfants ou animaux de compagnie.Et surtout, assez peu d'intimité. En outre, le bourg est relativement calme, mais la proximité immédiate du port, du resto "chic" du coin et du vendeur de crêpes / gauffres fait qu'il y a malgré tout quelques nuisances...Mais c'est le prix à payer pour être en centre bourg...

Cela offre effectivement un cadre idéal pour profiter des activités locales. Concernant le terrain non clos et le manque d'intimité, nous comprenons vos préoccupations, surtout avec des jeunes enfants ou des animaux. Nous allons transmettre votre remarque au propriétaire pour réflexion. Pour ce qui est des nuisances sonores, la proximité des commerces est un atout, mais nous sommes conscients que cela peut engendrer quelques désagréments, malheureusement hors de notre contrôle.
