Communication was ok with owner. Cleanlines needed some work in the bathroom area. Neighbor was very nice and helped us with car trouble. Parking was ok
Property was as described in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Location is very central near every place you could need to go. We would definitely stay again next time we are in town.
This was a delightful place in a cute neighborhood. Lovely furnishings, everything you needed for a short stay. I highly recommend this property and plan on staying here again.

Home looked nicer in pictures than actual condition. Exterior especially worn
Bedroom was adorable and comfortable.
Dining area very nice, kitchen fully furnished, house was older duplex, but nicely remodeled and decorated. Great location.
Great location and perfect size for us (two adults and an infant). Bedroom was perfect size for us to set up a pack n play at the foot of the bed for baby!
We loved this quiet spot. I was kind of hesitant about renting a duplex but it was quiet, cozy and the neighbors were awesome. The host was quick to reply with answers to any questions we had. It was the cutest duplex. Would definitely stay again!!

A little hidden gem located in the heart of Edmond. The owner is very friendly, easy to communicate with and is very flexible! Beds are super comfortable. Super clean. So grateful we got the chance to stay there during my daughters graduation.
The outside of the building belies the interior. The inside is cozy, well laid out, lovely. Bed is comfortable and the space flows; the living room is delightful and I loved the dining table and the big space around it.
I was overall happy with this property. We didn't arrive until later and it took a bit to get the masterlock figured out in the dark but we managed. The area is filled with great shopping, food, and it's just generally a beautiful area. Quiet neighborhood.
Book this place! It’s very nice inside. Very clean and a nice quiet neighborhood. The bed is ridiculously comfortable and the extra window air conditioner in the bedroom kept us very comfortable. Lots of dining options and a short 20min drive into OKC.
Had a tiny hiccup getting inside and the host was quick to respond and remedy the situation. Highly recommend!

The windows in the living room and the bedroom did not latch - could not be latched to lock. It is a reasonable expectation to have general security of person and property while renting a space. I contacted VRBO and the host, leaving the property as I found it. I did not receive a response from the host when I contacted him. I am requesting a refund.

We ended up not staying. The house had not been cleaned when we got there. We let the host know and we had plans so we left right away and she promised to have it cleaned. We planned and paid for four guests, and the listing clearly said that it slept four. There is only one bed in the house. There is a hide a bed, but when we opened it, there was no mattress on the hide of bed and the piece of foam that was in there was covered with mouse turds. The foam was definitely not considered a mattress. It was a mattress topper - the egg crate style. We contacted the host told her that we would not be staying and she refunded us just over 300. Their listing advertised that we would be free to use both the front and back decks, but the decks were very dirty and in poor repair. Very disappointing experience.
