About this property

Your own backyard lagoon in the heart of Jacksonville beach Fl. Private unheated pool and relaxing hot tub make this an unbelievable vacation. Close to the beach, Parks, shopping centers, trails and restaurants. Pamper yourself with included coffee, games for the entire family, a game table, and fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home.
The space
Our spacious 3ba/2bath home is outfitted with guests comfort and convenience in mind for the perfect beach vacation! Flat screen TV in the living room, master bedroom and den. Wifi is included and you will have access to all apps on the fire stick including Netflix. The master bedroom has a King bed with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Kitchen is stocked to enjoy a nice meal after a long day of sun and sea.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home. Guests can relax in a nice screened in patio in a quiet neighborhood while having a cold beverage or morning coffee; Overlooking the refreshing scenery of plants and trees overlapping the pool. The patio will be stocked with beach towels, boogie boards, sand buckets and beach toys. Our home is well stocked with all the essentials our guests will need during their stay.
Other things to note
We are located minutes away from shopping centers, about 30 minutes from Jacksonville International airport, only 3 minutes from south beach park and sunshine playground and if you’re looking to hit the beach, it is just a 10 minute drive.

**Things to Note
There's a chance debris from landscaping will enter the pool from harsh weather conditions. We do take strict measures to maintain a debris-free pool, but please be aware that leaves will fall into pool as this is out of our control.

There is a grill for guest use, we just ask guest to clean after using to avoid an extra cleaning fee. We only supply a propane tank, not refills. Guest will be responsible for providing a refill.

The property was updated and nice on the inside. The porch and outside could use some cleaning and repair. Overall it was a nice, quiet place to stay. Brianna was very kind and helpful.
