Highland Haven is the ultimate modern farmhouse lovingly named after the cute Highland cow art featured in the cozy living room. Just off the main living are is an office nook perfect for remote work and school, or a fun coloring space for kids. The neighborhood has a community park and pool (open seasonally typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather dependent) and is near Settler's Park. As the weather cools down warm up on the patio with the propane firepit while you play some yard games - Jumbo Jenga or Cornhole with our custom Idaho boards! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home sleeps 8 making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Just down the street from the neighborhood entrance is the expansive Settler's park featuring baseball fields, horseshoe and pickle ball courts, a large playground with swings and splash pad, and a seasonal disc golf course ( typically open November-February). A few miles away is Meridian's outdoor mall, The Village, or Roaring Springs Water Park and Wahooz Family Fun Zone. If you want to branch out of Meridian enjoy quick freeway access for exploring more of what the Treasure Valley has to offer!

No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine. Top bunk weight limit is 200lbs.
