About this property

FRENES - apartment in a historic Villa

The historic house provides a comfortable environment in the center of Sand in Taufers. It was built in 1912 from our ancestors. It gives you an recreative basis for all your trips into the natural and cultural highlights of the Tauferer Ahrntal.

It awaits you a roomy apartment in the top floor of the house with a sunny living area, modern bathroom and balcony.

The flat has been renovated in 2015 with local materials. The wooden floors made from the local larch and the floor heating invite you to walk barefoot. The original furniture of the house was combined with modern elements. The kitchen has a induction cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and basic cooking equipment.
Bedding, crockery, towels and hairdryer are provided.

14 sehr schöne Tage haben wir als vierköpfige Familie in Sand in Taufers erlebt, auch Dank dieses schönen Appartements mitten im Herzen des Ortes. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel Charme, einer sehr netten Vermieterin, ein unkompliziertes Miteinander, wir fanden es toll und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Tolle Lage mitten in Sand in Taufers, 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 1 Minute zum Bäcker. Geräumige Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Und eine leckere hausgemachte Marmelade gab es als Willkommensgruß!

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit 5 Personen in der Ferienwohnung zum Skiurlaub. Die Wohnung ist sauber, das Bad echt toll. Es ist alles Küchenseitig vorhanden, was man braucht! (Ein Toaster wäre noch toll) Die Wohnung liegt Mega Zentral! (Bäcker 30m/Supermarkt 150m/Retaurants um die Ecke) Skigebiete mit Skibus oder Auto in 5 bzw 15 Min zu erreichen! Lediglich der „Skikeller“ hat nur 2 Skischuh Heizvorrrichtungen. Aber man kann Sie auch im Zimmer unterstellen. Außerdem könnte der ein oder andere Garderoben Haken mehr vorhanden sein! Alles in allem ein tollerAufenthalt! Wir kommen wieder! Danke Karin.

Schöne Wohnung in einem sehenswerten Gebäude. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet. Tolles Bad! Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Check in. Es ist alles (Bus zum Skigebiet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Cafés) im Umkreis von 300m zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt 😎

Tolles saniertes Gebäude und Lage, aber Renovierungsstau

Die Wohnung liegt genau im Zentrum von Sand, alles ist mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen, auch Bars und der Bus. Trotzdem ist es nachts ruhig , auch bei offenem Fenster. Sie hat aber einen Renovierungsstau, bereits ein Maler könnte leicht für Abhilfe sorgen. Schön wäre es auch, wenn das Geschirr auf Vollständigkeit und Entsorgung von kaputtem Geschirr überprüft werden würde. Trotzdem hat die Wohnung Flair, die Sanierung des alten Gebäudes ist gelungen.

Einrichtung war wie "neu". Auffallend war die Ruhe der Wohnung. Die Fußbodenheizung war sehr angenehm und und sehr exat zu regeln. Das Schwimmangebot ist eine kleine Mogelpackung, da das Schwimmbad ca. 20 min Fußweg erfordert.

Die Wohnung ist noch schöner, als es auf den Bildern (Stand September 2019) erscheint. Das Raumklima und die Matratzen sind exzellent. Sichere Abstellmöglichkeit von Fahrrädern. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Achtung: Wenn Markt ist, sind die öffentlichen Parkplätze am Haus gesperrt; wir wären am Abreisetag beinahe abgeschleppt worden.

Schöne, gemütliche Wohnung. Geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Gute zentrale Lage, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Sand in Taufers liegt auch sehr Zentral, dank kostenlosem Busticket sind die nächsten Orte gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist klasse eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage ist direkt im Zentrum von Sand in Taufers, Läden, Bus, Restaurants befinden sich unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Dadurch kann es allerdings abends und morgens auch etwas lauter sein. Insgesamt aber eine sehr zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung in einer tollen Gegend Südtirols!
