Our beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo, just 1.5 miles from Taos Ski Valley Resort, is the perfect location for your ski adventure in the winter or a fantastic base for a spring/summer/fall hiking, mountain biking, climbing, ballooning, or just plain relaxing vacation. The condo is warmly outfitted with regional decor. Wifi and cable are provided, as well as all toiletries and linens. Queen-sized bed in bedroom and a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen is updated and well-stocked for your cooking needs. Great views off the deck. The complex has a game room, work out room, and communal patio. Not ADA compliant.

Ski Trip

The place was just as the pictures shown. It was the perfect size for 2 people, convenient to the mountain. Having a full kitchen was very nice if you want to just have a meal there after a long day.

Close to TSV- In the Woods

Stellar views, spring water out the tap; nice game room for kids, and just close enough and far enough away from the main village. Adjacent trails up various canyons to mountain peaks. Pretty darn perfect!

The condo was great, everything provided that you'll need for your stay. Cute place to relax at, the drive up to ski valley was awesome. The bummer was we could only have 1 car parked at the location and the other at the ski valley. Otherwise it was a great place. Would stay again.

Convenient to skiing. Vehicle needed. Easy check-in. If driving from CO grocery shop en-route ( you don't go through Taos) and ski-valley mini marts stock is limited.

Great condo and location

Everything was great! The location is perfect...2 mins from slopes and 20-25 mins to downtown Taos. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in this quaint little condo! The beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. The place was spotless! The washer and dryer were super helpful! The kids enjoyed the game room! Thanks for sharing your place!

Great location! Easy access to/from the mountain (3 to 4 minute drive). Full kitchen with all the essentials! Overall space was well kept and clean. Easy instructions and no issues accessing the property or the communial areas like the game room. Laundry in condo was extremely convenient vs the complex washer/dryer. Cozy fireplace and nice space to relax after a great day on the slopes!

Summer getaway

Everything was as advertised. It's like your home away from home. You have everything you need for your summer getaway. Ther is plenty of hiking and other activities to occupy your tine. We especially appreciated the security of this place; if ther was one thing we wished is that the building use exterior door handles for condos and to install deadbolt locks.

Great property...two things...it would have been helpful to be told the unit and keys were upstairs. The superintendent was helpful to find the unit so it turned out fine. The people above were VERY noisy at weird hours. Other than that, great stay and very comfortable. Thanks!

NYE 2024

Rob and Darcie were the perfect hosts for first time renters like us. Communication between us was perfect. One or two check-in instructions messages from Rob went to my junk mail. Rob was generous and kind to call us to get in the condo door. The property was also perfect for us, family of 4, Clean, warm and homey. The location of the property was even perfect because it is about 1.5 miles away from Taos Ski Valley. I will be sure staying again in this property under the care of Rob and Darcie. I will also be suggesting strongly to my family and friends to stay in this place. Happy New Year! More power to Rob and Darcie❤️

Mid July stay

Condo was beautiful, listing as described. Temperature inside was less than desirable. The pilot was lit on fireplace in living room that is open with kitchen. The temp inside house never got below 77 degrees. After 1 pm u til after 10 pm, temperature stayed between 85-89 degrees. We have stayed in Northern US, with no air conditioning in the past and absolutely understand how to keep houses cool in the summer in that area. Owner chose not to have some one come shut off pilot which was putting off enough heat that it could be felt when 3-4 feet from fireplace. We left after the second night of our stay due to temperature in condo.

Fine ski condo-missed hot tub

Condo was as expected for our family. We have been coming to this complex every winter for 4 years. We made the trade off to have an oven for a double bed. Other units often have a queen or king but many just have a cooktop. This unit also has its own washer dryer which was nice. We were hugely disappointed that the hot tub is now owner only. Looking back it is not in the listing but since we had come before we weren’t specifically looking for that. We really missed the sweet family time we had in the hot tub after a ski day. While this may not be a decision made by the property owner it will make us think twice about returning. As the price of these units approaches that of places at the base of TSV inconveniences such as having to haul your trash up the road or the parking lot not being plowed after a storm (which happened this year when in the past it has been plowed promptly) are harder to tolerate.

We love Taos Ski Valley! The skiing is world class, in fact Ski magazine ranked Taos Ski Valley the #7 best ski resort in the western United States for 2021. The town of Taos, renowned for its southwestern flare, with art and music that are vibrant and bold, is only 18 miles away (30 minute drive). Although skiing is what we are known for, this is truly a year round vacation opportunity with hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing on the Via Ferrata, ballooning, rafting on the Rio Grande just a handful of exciting adventures that await you.

What makes this property unique

You can still find powder days here! The untracked powder lasts because there are not a zillion skiers here. At Taos Ski Valley, we do things better, not bigger! More Bluebird Days than anywhere else!
