self-catering cottage for 7 persons with animals

The cottage is located in a green setting of two hectares with an undergrowth. It is a penty of the region, a Breton character house in exposed stone with a lot of space (more than 80 m2 of living space)
Ideal for:
- families with young children because they can play in peace and freedom,
- nature lovers, mountain bikers or hikers
- the curious about the region because we are in the centre of Finistère (close to cities such as Quimper, Concarneau, Locronan, Brest and the various large beaches...

The place offers an environment very close to nature with the animals present (dogs, farmyard, goat, sheep, ponies - possible walk on the Shetland for young children), games are available inside the cottage as well as outside (snowshoes, molkü, swing, small tractor, scooter, rosalie....) We are close to a greenway, the canal with its towpath (possibility to rent kayak, boat, pedal boats, bicycles at the water sports centre...)

The cottage is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with a lounge area (TV, library and board games); a dining room and a bedroom for two people; a kitchen and a bathroom (two sinks, a shower and dry toilets). Upstairs, there are two sleeping areas separated by curtains, one part with three single beds with a small wooden children's bed and on the other side two single beds with a children's library and children's games.

The house has a south-facing exposure and opens onto a very sunny courtyard with garden table (barbecue nearby) and sunbeds available.

For bookings in July and August only, the duration of the stay is at least one week (from Saturday to Saturday). For the rest of the year, the minimum stay is two nights.

Finally, the price of the night is 70€ for 5 people (single rate for high and low season with the taking into account of heating in low season - the cottage is heated with 4 electric radiators and a stove). For more than 5 people, the rate is increased by 10€ per person per night (in summary for a reservation of a family or group of 6 people, the night is 80€ and for 7 people, it will be 90€.
