About this property

A view from the top of the Reserve.

A beautiful location bordering BLM land. Spacious and comfortable. A million-dollar view of Bear Lake Idaho. Private beach access through gate. Clubhouse use with pools, hot tub, pickle ball, basketball and tennis.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not strip Duvet covers or blankets - just sheets and pillow cases from used beds.
All garbage should be removed from homes and taken to the dumpster in the clubhouse parking area.
Ensure doors are locked, lights are out and the main house key is returned to the key box and the numbers scrambled. Also ensure the key fob is returned to the original location. Thanks
