L'accès à la maison se fait par un escalier en bois d'une dizaine de marches. A l'intérieur quelques marches vous mèneront à l'appartement. Magnifique vue et très bien situé au centre du village de St-Luc à proximité du Grand Chalet Favre. Cuisine avec four, cuisinière à 4 plaques, 1 chambre à 2 lits superposés et un salon disposant d’un canapé-lit. Il y a une salle d’eau indépendante avec douche et WC située sur le palier privé de l’appartement tout en haut des escaliers. Pas de wifi ni de télévision. Animaux non admis.
