Property was ok but the master bathroom tile/grout would ooze disgusting water every time we stepped on the floor tile. Must have been a previous water leak. We were not informed of this mess or we would have gone elsewhere

As property host/owner I am compelled to share with you the communication prior to your arrival. Perhaps YOU FORGOT but we told you before hand that the house had been scheduled for plumbing repairs and that we would REFUND your money if you decided to cancel. We also, told you that the calendar had been BLOCKED and that we did not know how you were able to book/register but YOU INSISTED (I suspect you FORGOT that as well). Also, you declined to cancel and we accommodated you for an early check-in but I suspect you FORGOT that as well. Below is the email interaction verifying: "I must bring to your attention conflict that should have been reflected in your ability to schedule for your stay in orlando. Our property was blocked for April the 4th through April 11th for pending maintenance. We don't know why the system allowed you to book however we are willing to maintain the booking but your check out time must be 8:30 a.m. on April 4th. If you are willing to work with that change then we will maintain the booking. If not we will refund your fee. Please advise at your earliest opportunity. Thank you! Rufus Barfield" As you can see you KNEW BEFOREHAND but I suspect you FORGOT. In the future PLEASE recall the facts correctly and take responsibility for your decision.

Quiet Orlando Property

My family of 3 adults and 2 teens stayed here from 7-13 March 2023. The property is very much as advertised in the listing; newly renovated, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, etc. The location is ideal, not too close to the Disney/Universal congestion, quiet and close to good shopping, airport and east coast. Although the kitchen and main living areas have been upgraded and the entire home has a recent coat of paint, some areas of the home still need attention, particularly the doors and windows and the floor in the ensuite bathroom. Overall we were pleased with our stay and want to give a special thank you to Valerie at the management office for her quick responses to our queries and requests for additional items in the kitchen. Her responses were professional and friendly.

Great place! Space for my family. Please update the Mattresses. The middle room is nice but the others are not. I think it would have been a perfect stay if they were, updated. 😊

Great getaway

This property was in a very peaceful neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and it’s a quick 3-4 minute drive to the main roads. The home was super clean and smelled great. We really enjoyed the ping pong table! The hosts were very quick and responsive when we needed them.

Orlando stay

My son is confined to a wheelchair since an auto accident in 2019. This home worked well for our needs. No step going into the house and a roll in shower. We had to improvise with sleeping arrangements for him since he has a lift but we figured it out. House is beautiful, good location and super clean. Thank you to the hosts foe allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

My stay

I Stayed at this property for a few days and it really is a great value for all the amenities provided and the location. It's located in a quiet neighborhood close to many dinning options as well as grocery stores and pharmacies. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone

Our property is family friendly, safe, clean and great for rekindling relationships or just relaxing.

We selected this property because the community is a family oriented community, that is safe and conveniently located. Each bedroom in the LOVE NEST has it's own TV with Wifi, spacious dining room, family room, Queen Size Beds and an office with workstation desk and pull-out sofa. The back yard has a privacy fence for perfect seclusion/privacy, a swing and covered porch facing east that allows you to view the morning sunrise. The LOVE NEST is NEWLY RENOVATED and allows you to just be you.
