Welcome to Oak Hollow Estates - a sought-after lakeside neighborhood in High Point, North Carolina. This spacious 3,000+ sq ft home sits in a quiet, tree-lined setting just minutes from Oak Hollow Lake, High Point University, and the High Point Furniture Market showrooms.

Step outside into your own private backyard retreat. The saltwater pool is open from March through October (heating available for a fee) - a true standout feature. The hot tub is available year-round, perfect for cool evenings under the stars. Gather around the fire pit, challenge everyone to a game of foosball, or stretch out on the patio and sun loungers. No glass containers or glassware near the pool or hot tub area.

Inside, four bedrooms and five beds are spread across 3,000+ square feet - plenty of room for families, friend groups, couples traveling together, or work teams in town for business. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, and everything you need to cook for the whole crew. A dedicated home office with a printer and high-speed wifi (500+ Mbps) makes this an ideal setup for remote workers, business travelers, or Furniture Market professionals.

The backyard is fully fenced and private, great for families with children or guests traveling with dogs (pet fee applies). Four driveway parking spaces are available. Please no cars on the street.
The basement game room features a foosball table, board games, comfy couch, and a big Smart TV - perfect for rainy days or friendly competitions. Smart TVs with Roku guest mode are available throughout the home so you can log into your own streaming accounts.

Oak Hollow Lake is a short walk from the front door on the neighborhood trails. It is a peaceful, no-motorboat waterway where you can kayak, canoe, or paddleboard - access available at the Oak Hollow Marina on Eastchester Drive. The area also offers Oak Hollow Golf Course, Festival Park, a campground, and miles of scenic lakefront walking trails.

High Point University is a quick 10-minute drive. Downtown High Point and its restaurants and shops are equally close. Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) is only 19 minutes away, with Greensboro and Winston-Salem both within easy reach.

This home works beautifully for High Point Furniture Market stays (both the market itself and pre-market showroom setup), family reunions and holiday gatherings, group getaways, corporate housing, and weekend escapes.
Sleeps 12 max. Dog-friendly. Washer and dryer in-home. Towels, linens, and all essentials are provided. The home is professionally cleaned before every stay. Self check-in with smart lock.

Pool heater details: Our pool heater is available for an extra fee but cannot be used when outdoor temps drop below 55-60F. Mid/late March through spring and September through fall are typically good times to heat the pool, but weather cannot be guaranteed. Charges vary by temperature, season, and length of stay. Just let us know before arrival if you would like this option and we will have it ready for you. Otherwise, the heater will remain off during your stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set thermostat to 76 in summer and 65 in winter (or as instructed). Close and lock all windows. Make sure the pool gate is latched.
Place all used towels in the bathtub or on the bathroom floor. Leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher - no need to hand wash.
Check out by 11am. Please take all trash to the outdoor bins. We hope you enjoyed your stay - thank you for being a great guest!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after dark.

The listing indicated the pool was heated however, on arrival, I learned that it is not heated during the winter months. The pool had an automatic cleaning system that was not working during our stay. Towards the last of our stay, the temps were in the 80s and we had contacted the owner, letting him know we would like to use the pool. He did respond stating he would reach out to the person who managed the pool however there was no follow up regarding that. We were unable to use the pool while we were there booking at this residence. The pool was the perk and the reason that we booked at this particular Vrbo.

Wonderful home away from home for our family. Communication with Zachary was easy and fast. The home has extremely comfortable furniture, especially the sofas. All of the beds, pillows and linens were clean, cozy and comfy. The back yard is fantastic! We really enjoyed the salt water pool and hot tub, as well as the screen porch. Our dog absolutely loved the fenced in grassy yard. Great neighborhood. Would absolutely stay at this home again.

Overall not bad place to stay but needs some upgrades in my opinion for the price that is charged. Some stuff needed fixing and needs more tvs. Pool was nice but very slippery and caused some trouble for some of us. Owner was very responsive and helpful for the most part.

Perfect Adult Women's Soccer Team Retreat

My teammates and I stayed here for an adult soccer tournament. This home was the perfect relaxing spot after playing 2 soccer games a day in the heat. The house was beautiful, accommodated 10 female soccer players easily (including all the laundry and shower needs that come with that!), and was a great place to just hang out and recover with close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. Zach was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process.

I strongly en outage staying in this beautiful home. Zachary was communicative and present from the time of my booking to my departure. The home itself is centrally located, just a 30 min drive from the airport and all of 8mins from the neighborhoods outdoor mall. Clean, safe, older, single-family home in family-friendly neighborhood close to downtown Greensboro as well as High Point. Excellent communication from owner. Hassle-free check in/out. Recommend for single families (we were a party of five) as kitchen supplies and the single medium-sized common area with tv would pinch larger groups. The backyard hosts plenty of green space if you bring a dog, and the pool was refreshing as was the 4-person hot tub. Screened porch was lovely for morning coffee. Beds and their linens were comfy. Towels (bath and pool) and pool toys need updating. 8/10

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at your home. It was clean, and Beds were comfortable, pool was fantastic and the neighborhood was quiet. However, there are some things you need to be aware. Our first night sleeping in the master bedroom, the sheets had a strong bleached and soured smell. The next morning we had to strip the bed and wash all the linens again.Also, there is definitely something going on with the hot water. We had to take many cold showers with sporadic hot water. Plus, we never could get the water hot in the kitchen.Some other issues you of which you need to be made aware: rotten board on upper deck that could be a hazard, broken post cap at bottem of outdoor stairs, pool toys in box are mildewed, hammocks are mildewed/dirty, toilet paper holder in half bath is barely hanging on, ice maker is making a horrible noise, walkway leading to front door needs attention, fan light in master randomly flashed, and no stopper in bath tub.I never like leaving less than stellar reviews, but our stay did not meet our expectations for the cost.

Junior Olympics

Our family had a fantastic time at the house. It was all and more that was stated. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out. It was a great haven to relax at between the events that our grandsons participated in(2 golds and a silver yeah for them) the property manager and owner were extremely helpful and responsive from the start of the process. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any house we have ever rented(we have been VRBO customers for years). The washer/dryer and half bath downstairs were a huge plus when using the pool. Everyone enjoyed the pool from relaxing to having basketball competition to a makeshift volleyball game and the kids having races to pick up toys off the bottom. As a family we truly made lasting memories and if the grandsons qualify in 2 years we will hopefully be able to rent this home again! A perfect location!

This was our personal home and we still come stay when we are in town for work and visiting family. Because of that, we keep it stocked and maintained the way we would want it for ourselves - not like a typical rental. The saltwater pool, year-round hot tub, fire pit, and fully fenced backyard make it feel like a private resort. Add in 500+ Mbps wifi, a dedicated office with printer, and a basement game room with foosball and board games, and it works for everything from a relaxing family vacation to a productive work trip during Furniture Market.
