Located atop Marsh Mountain, Boulder Heights is a place where you can leave the real world behind and easily shift into vacation mode. It has the perfect combination of entertaining amenities and close proximity to favorite activities.
Truly a showstopper, the lower-level private indoor pool (12' x 29') will bring a smile to everyone's face. The kids and the young at heart will love being able to splash and play no matter what the weather brings. Also available in the pool area is a sauna that will envelop you in soothing warmth.
On the main level, the great room is highlighted by cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood floors, and a wall of windows that reveal breathtaking scenery. The rustic elegance of this space will make you feel right at home as you get cozy by a crackling fire to watch TV.
The theater room adds to the ample living space and gives you a spot to screen everything from classic films to action-packed flicks.
Beautifully appointed, the kitchen is a chef's dream with a gas range, double ovens, a center island, and lots of counter space. Grab a seat at the breakfast bar or at the dining table at mealtime, and refuel after a day on the ski slopes.
Outfitted with a king-size bed, the main level suite has the perfect mountain vibe with a four-poster bed and exposed log walls. The plush surroundings include doors that open to the deck and a private bath with a jetted tub and tile shower.
Upstairs, you can play a game of pool in the loft while you have the big game on TV in the background. There are three additional suites on this floor each with its own unique appeal. There is also a bedroom on this level.
The lower level family room is adjacent to the pool room and is a great hang-out when you're not spending time swimming. Watch TV by the glow of the gas fireplace or get together at the pub table for board games or cards. The wet bar gives you a place for snacks and drinks. Three spacious bedrooms round out the sleeping quarters.
Outside, you can host barbecues on the expansive deck or simply kick back and enjoy the view. When you're in the mood for total relaxation, head to the lower level patio and the bubbling outdoor hot tub.

We enjoyed the size of the house and how close it was to the ski slopes. It was not as clean as it could have been but when I contacted the rental place they came that evening to look things over.

Just don’t
This property is not even close to what’s advertised on VRBO. The walls are dirty and damaged. There’s mold in one of the showers, another has amateurish caulking on the shower floor. Hope you don’t need more than one towel during your stay, because there aren’t any extras. The dining table is old, worn and sticky. There are two leather couches in the family room. Both are worn and cracking - but hey, they put a tiny, cheap slipcover on the one that never stays on. The granite countertop in the kitchen is broken in two spots. Cookware is a mess because there’s nothing there to clean it with. A scrub pad wouldn’t break the bank. No extra garbage bags for a house with eight bedrooms. The ones provided are tiny and so thin they split and tear when you try to empty the can. The view? Non-existent. The trees in back completely block it. We tried to grill one evening but the grill wouldn’t heat above 250 degrees. There’s a pool table in the upstairs loft that’s so dirty we didn’t let the kids near it. It’s also so off-level that the balls all roll to one side. There’s an ice machine in the kitchen that never produced a single cube, but neither did the ice maker in the fridge/freezer.
The picture in the listing is not what you get. Disappointing doesn’t begin to describe this stay.
