The front terrace overlooks the sea, the sunset and the Sanguinaires Islands, a second practical terrace is at the back.
The living room is open to the kitchen and the mezzanine opens into the room with a double bed.
The single bedroom has plenty of storage space and opens onto the terrace behind.

At the foot of the residence is a supermarket, a bar/wine shop and an excellent butcher.
A little further on foot there are restaurants, a Spar, tobacconist, souvenir shop and post office.
The Radison blu is accessible if you ever want to enjoy the infinity pool, the spa or the cocktail bar.
Taking the direction of Coti Chiavari you will come across multiple beaches including the silver beach (7 km away) very famous in Corsica.

In useful accessories you will find bed linen and towels, electric barbecue, plancha and beach games.
There is an outdoor area with a water inlet to rinse off after the beach and hang out towels or sheets if you are doing the washing machines.

It is a family home where everyone comes to spend their holidays. You have to have the reflex to buy things back when you finish them (salt, washing powder, soap for example)
