A Huge Modern Barn with a Cozy Little 1 Bedroom Apartment Loft. All of the amenities from home in a spotless and cozy space. High-end mattress and cozy linens. Full kitchen and Bathroom. Huge closet. Tons of extras. Main floor area is a Designated Work Space that is light and bright & a big table with plenty of board games. Upstairs is the living quarters. Patio Table and BBQ Grill right outside of the big main room on the main level. Large yard with lots of grass. Books, Games and Puzzles provided. Waffle mix and Syrup along with Coffee, Tea and Cocoa provided. You’ll also find Shampoo, Conditioner and Bodywash and T.P. and Paper Towels. This is a NO Smoking and No Pets Rental. Next to our two other rentals if you need more space. Close to USU, Eccles Ice Arena, Soccer Fields, Golf, Logan and Smithfield Temples. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. You will love staying in a fancy barn.

We had a great time at the Rustic Bungalow Barn! Everything was well stocked, clean, the area was nice, bed was comfortable, and having the pancake/waffle mix included was a bonus! It’s fun to see the mountains out the window.

Cute Bungalow

The bed was super comfortable. And very easy to check in and check out. I liked that they gave us coffee and pancakes if we wanted to make them. The only thing I can say that was unclear was when I booked it. It said that check-in was 4 PM and check out was 11 AM but as soon as you enter the property there are signs everywhere that say you must get out promptly at 10 AM. That needs to be clarified on the website because we had to sit at the airport an extended amount of time because we had to check out so early.

Fabulous stay,

We arrived for a three-day visit. This was our first trip to Logan and we found the town to be lovely, the people friendly, and our bungalow-in-the-barn far exceeding our expectations! The joy of finding so many extra surprises was such fun. So clean, beautifully decorated, and the thoughtful provisions for any possible kitchen, bathroom, or bedding needs was greatly appreciated. We were in town to watch our grandson play football for the Aggies, and had no “littles” with us on this trip, but as a grandmother to twelve, and as a retired educator, I noticed so many touches and thoughtfulness regarding children (toys, books, table service), I would highly recommend the barn to all - young families to grandparents, The location was perfect for shopping, visiting the university, or just enjoying the community. We hope to return! Well done host and hostess,❤️

Nice and Comfortable

The property was in great condition. Everything functioned properly, appliances in good condition and furnishings functional and comfortable. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. We had a group of friends over and enjoyed the spacious yard. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the Logan area.

I was raised right around the corner and consider Hyde Park the best place ever to live. This barn is located right behind my great grandmothers home that is also a rental property. The barn is huge but the apartment is small and cozy! You'll love this area it's quiet and neighbors are very friendly. The Barn is less than 10 years old but surrounded by history.

Why they chose this property

This property is spotless and fully stocked with everything you can possibly need. We are also near by and are available to help you with anything. We work really hard to make our rentals the nicest places you will ever stay. There is another rental home to the side of this barn and another rental home next door to that, so if you need a bigger space to stay look for the Vintage Charmer or the Rustic Abode. Let us know if you have any questions.

What makes this property unique

The living space is adorable! It has been fixed up so nice and is ready to go. It looks huge but the living quarters are smaller. Room for 4 people total. Tons of green grassy space in the yard. Help yourself to the apples and pears on the trees.
