Exclusive house, detached, on the edge of the forest, high-quality furnishings, sauna

Our house was rebuilt in 2012 and planned with great care and tastefully decorated. The house is suitable for families, couples, solo travelers or small groups and is idyllically located on the edge of the forest in the resort town of Agenbach (Neuweiler municipality). The Alpenblick viewpoint is 770 meters above sea level. On clear, cold days you can see as far as the Alps. For hikers, Agenbach is a popular starting point for smaller or extended hiking tours all year round. The place is known for its winter sports offer far beyond the district boundary. If the snow is good, the groomed trails (10 km Fronwald, forest edge trail and approx. 15 km ski hiking trail) invite you to great tours. Mountain bikers can also start straight away. In Bad Teinach you can relax in the thermal bath or in the beauty spa. There are many good restaurants of all price ranges in the area. The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, a bathroom, 2 sep. Toilets and another shower in the sauna area. In the living room there is an open kitchen with bar and dining area. A beautiful tiled stove creates a cozy atmosphere.

This was an enchanting, quiet location in the Black Forest. The Host had provided everything required and clear instructions for our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Restful stay in the Black Forest

We stayed for a week to see family In the area. Easy access to the beautiful Christmas markets at Esslingen (1hr). Nagold ice skating (30mins) and a day visiting Stuttgart markets (60mins). The house was a beautiful peaceful sanctuary to come home to each night, so warm, we even had some snow. Beautiful stay. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Lovely walks locally.

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het vakantiehuisje. Het is de ideale plek om volledig tot rust te komen: rustig gelegen, met een fijne sfeer en alles wat je nodig hebt om écht te ontspannen.Wat ons vooral opviel, was hoe compleet de keuken is uitgerust. Werkelijk alle mogelijke kookspullen waren aanwezig, waardoor we uitgebreid en met plezier hebben kunnen koken – alsof je in je eigen keuken bezig bent, maar dan met het prachtige uitzicht en de rust van de natuur om je heen.Het huisje zelf is comfortabel en gezellig ingericht. Na een dag wandelen of fietsen in de omgeving was het heerlijk om hier terug te komen en bij te komen.Kortom: een perfecte plek voor iedereen die houdt van ontspanning, natuur én lekker koken. Zeker een aanrader, wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Schitterend uitzicht en heerlijk huis, alle voorzieningen aanwezig, direct wandelen vanuit het huis. Andere voorzieningen zoals bakker, supermarkt en restaurants liggen wat verder weg, maar dat is gelijk ook de charme van de locatie.

Huis is werkelijk brandschoon. Alles is aanwezig wat je normaal nodig hebt. Heerlijke bedden. Nette douche. Goed uitgeruste keuken. En als laatste een heerlijke sauna. Restaurants genoeg in de buurt. Veel wandel mogelijkheden. Kortom we hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Alleen was de bliksem ingeslagen in het internet knooppunt in de buurt. De eigenaresse heeft er alles aan gedaan om dit weer werkend te krijgen maar dit was overmacht. Ze heeft ook dat keurig met ons opgelost.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Meine Frau und ich waren für etwas mehr als 1 Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Es mangelte an nichts. Das was beschrieben ist haben wir auch vorgefunden. Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere die Küchenausstattung die gegenüber anderen Unterkünften wirklich vollständig ausgestattet ist. Die Reaktionszeit der Vermieterin, gerade bei Fragen vor Ort, ist im positivsten Sinne ungewöhnlich schnell.Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit haben bei uns für vollständige Erholung gesorgt.

Das Haus ist einfach spitze! Ruhige sonnige Lage, Schöne Aussicht, auch aus Saunaruhebereich. Vollkommene Ausstattung der Küche. Im Wohnbereich wunderschöner Kachelofen, warm und heimelig. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir waren jetzt zweites Mal für 3 Übernachtungen und sind voll zufrieden!

Auszeit im Waldidyll

Wir haben das Haus direkt weiterempfohlen und im Freundeskreis viel Interesse geweckt. Die rustikale stimmige Holzoptik und ruhige Lage direkt am Wald - mit einigen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern ab der Haustür - ließ uns wunderbar runterfahren und das Schwarzwald-Ambiente genießen. Die außergewöhnlich gute Ausstattung der Küche, die sehr schön gestaltete Sauna, sowie das Bad haben ein wunderbares Wellnessgefühl entstehen lassen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles, was für ein Ferienhaus notwendig ist und darüber hinaus. Perfekt ausgestattet. Wir konnten unmittelbar direkt unsere Wanderungen vom Haus starten. Für unser Abendessen haben wir Restaurants in der Umgebung ausgewählt, da im Ort selbst keine Gelegenheit besteht, aber das ist ja auch kein Problem.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage!

Unserer Familie hat der Aufenthalt im Haus sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist super - alles sauber und neuwertig. Und die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, man kann hier prima kochen und backen. Dazu viele Brettspiele, Bücher und TVs, die beide gut funktionieren. Auch Streaming.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus und die Lage war sehr schön . Vorallem war es sehr gut ausgestattet und das Highlight war der Kachelofen . Es gab eine schöne Terrasse und eine schöne Essecke bei der Küche , dort konnte man schöne Spielabende machen
