Country house in a small place in Berry, 30m from the remains of a 12th century abbey. New: a daily sleeping sofa bed was added in March 2025 in the living room for more comfort. Ideal for a couple, or family with young children. shops 10 minutes away. The area is full of activities: pottery course, Beauval Zoo, Beauval Zoo, Château de Valençay, Domaine de Poulaines, swimming and the beach of St Genou...The housingOutside: A terrace equipped with a bench and outdoor seats, deckchairs, barbecue. An unfenced 300m2 lawn (animals to watch out for). Inside: A kitchen equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, fridge, kettle, kettle, coffee maker, utensils and dishes + some condiments. A living room/dining room equipped with a TV/TV box, board games and some comics and books.A bedroom with 160 bed and dressing room + direct access to the bathroom (equipped with a washing machine) and the WC. An adjoining bedroom/office (you have to go there to access the master bedroom) equipped with a 140 sofa bed and a desk + storageThe umbrella bed is provided on request but not the sheets. It is a very simply equipped house.
