Beautiful, modern and large vacation home with a refreshing swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The house is situated on a level plot with lawn and large terrace. The interior is modern. Good facilities include four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Extra investments have been made in insulation to keep energy consumption within limits. You will spend your vacation in a quiet, peaceful environment. The terrain here is varied and there are wooded areas. There are good opportunities for jogging and hiking. A short distance away is the beach and there is also a gourmet restaurant.

Schönes Haus in schöner Gegend

Das Haus war sauber, im Pool war allerdings ein wenig Sand von den Vermieter. Bei der nächsten Poolpflege, während unseres Aufenthaltes, würde dieser aber entfernt. Ansonsten ist nichts abgewohnt und macht einen guten Eindruck. Leider war ein Lichtschalter defekt und der Rauchmelder lag bei Ankunft auf dem Fußboden, beides konnte vom Techniker nicht instandgesetzt werden. Generell können wir das Haus aber empfehlen und würden es auch wieder buchen. Die Gegend ist wirklich schön und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für das Wandern und Radfahren.

Das Haus war bis auf den Pool sauber, es war ein wenig Sand von den Vormietern im Pool.

Das Haus war bis auf den Pool sauber, es war ein wenig Sand von den Vormietern im Pool. Der Poolboy hat es bei der Inspektion jedoch gereinigt. Das Haus ist geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Die Wände zwischen den Schlafzimmern sind sehr gut gedämmt. Die Gegend ist wirklich schön und bietet viel zum Wandern oder Radfahren. Im Haus gab es bei Ankunft leider zwei Defekte, der Rauchmelder lag auf dem Boden und ein Lichtschalter war defekt, beides konnte leider vom Novasol-Techniker nicht instandgesetzt werden. Dadurch leuchtete die Wohnzimmerlampe die ersten drei Tage, da der Techniker erst zwei Tage nach Beanstandung gekommen ist. Er konnte dann zumindest das Licht ausschalten, sodass es nicht mehr Strom zog. Der Rauchmelder hing oben an der Decke, er hatte aber keine Leiter, um diesen anzubringen. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt sehr gut und mein Sohn und ich fanden das Baden im Pool sehr schön. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Kind, mit acht möglichen Personen wäre es wohl ein wenig eng, aber möglich.

Ein paar Sachen sind allerdings in die Jahre gekommen, oder werden von den Mietern nicht gut behandelt, so dass man ab und an doch etwas findet, was jedoch bereits kaputt oder defekt ist.Es ist ruhig und bietet viel Platz auf dem Grundstück.Der Kamin heizt verdammt gut ein und die Wärme hält sich lange.Die Sauna können wir nicht bewerten, da Aufgüsse nicht erwünscht sind und wir da dann keine Lust zu hatten.Insgesamt würden wir sagen, 7,5 von 10 Punkten.

Geräumig und sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen, es war wunderbar ruhig, die Terrasse großartig für den Morgenkaffee oder Kakao. Alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich. Jedemenge Geschirr und alles andere für die Küche war vorhanden. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und können es nur allen weiterempfehlen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, aber etwas schmal.
