Cozy and comfortable Non smoking apartment on the ground floor of a detached family house in the historic old town of Rostock. It is located centrally and conveniently, in two minutes you reach the city harbor and in five minutes you are in the market square in the pedestrian zone. There are also numerous shops and a parking space on the property for 4 euros per day bookable towels are the guest. Towel package for 3 euros per person bookable You pay cash on arrival. Please note our arrival and departure arrangements!Arrival: only after consultation, please call the landlord after booking. Departure until 10.00 o'clock

- Large ground floor family and disabled friendly apartment (61 m²) - centrally located and very quiet. - Bedroom with bunk bed and daybed - combined living room / bedroom with double bed - fully equipped kitchen. - Travel cot and high chair can be used on request. - Animals are not allowed,  - Smoking is not allowed throughout the apartment. Arrival only after prior arrangement by phone Towels are to be brought by the guest. Towel package for 3 euros per person bookable

Eine sehr schöne, gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr zentral, da im Hinterhof gelegen angenehm ruhig. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Vermieter standen uns mit Rat und Tat zu Seite und versorgten uns mit ausreichend Ausflugtipps. Das Inserat suggeriert einen Zugang zum Garten welcher nicht gegeben ist. Auch fehlen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Raucherbereich.

Gute und zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Wir waren auf Grund unseres Marathonlaufs ein verlängertes Wochenende in Rostock und sind in dieser zentral gelegenen Wohnung untergekommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und es fehlte nichts, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und alles klappte absolut unkompliziert. Wenn wir wieder nach Rostock kommen werden wir uns auf jeden Fall wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.
