Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Grundstück ist sehr gut gelegen. näher zum Wasser und zum Strand geht hier kaum. Rund um das Haus erstreckt sich ein Rasen, welcher zum Ballspielen und Herumtollen mit Kindern einlädt. Das offene Wohnzimmer in der Verbindung mit Essraum / Küche und die angebundene Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Allein der Blick vom Sofa durch das Glas-Panorama-Fenster in den Küstenwald sorgt schon für Entspannung. Die Nähe zur Wassersportstation / Surfstation ist hier genauso erwähnenswert, wie die zum Park mit den vielen Rhododendren.
