Mountain view apartment - St Jean d'Aulps Station - Ski-in ski-out access - 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms
Nine-room apartment at the foot of the slopes in the heart of the Saint-Jean-D'Aulps resort.
This apartment is modern, the space is furnished with great taste and quality equipment.
The apartment is composed as follows:
The main room including:
- A fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, single sink, extractor hood, oven,
microwave, coffee maker, citrus press, toaster, kettle
- A dining room with 1 table, 8 chairs
- An 18m² terrace with mountain view, equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
- A living room with a velvet sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. Board games are provided in the
TV unit, there is also a television and an accessible wood-burning stove. An elliptical bike is available.
In the corridor:
- A separate toilet with a hand basin & serving as a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- A first en-suite bedroom with a double bed 160/200, built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps. A bathroom
with 1 bathtub, 1 washbasin, 1 WC, 1 towel radiator.
- A second bedroom with 2 single beds 90/190, built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps.
- A family bathroom with an Italian shower, 1 washbasin, 1 towel radiator.
- A third en-suite bedroom with a double bed 180/200, built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps. A bathroom
with 1 shower, 1 washbasin, 1 WC, 1 towel radiator.
In duplex:
- A fourth small room with velux, 2 single beds.
- On the 1st floor of the residence: A private ski room numbered 401 serving as a ski room with boot dryer. As well as a large bicycle room common to the residence.
