We purchased this property because it's on the gulf side of 41/Tamiami Trail, which makes it much easier to walk or ride a bike to the beach without having to deal with the crazy traffic on 41.
Why they chose this property
We love the tranquil setting and water view. Many condo's have water views but usually you see other peoples condo's across the water. There are no condo's across this water view, it's a nature preserve and so it's just very private and relaxing. This location in North Naples provides easy access to all the best that the Naples area has to offer. From multiple world class beaches, to hundreds of fine and casual dining spots, to world class golf. If you enjoy shopping, you just hit the jackpot here as you are just minutes away from the Mercato, 5th Avenue, Coconut Point, Venitian Village, Miramar Outlets, and many more boutique shops.
