Beautiful waterfront home with spectacular views of Bass River, boasting a premier location in the private Salt Box Association. Vacationing guests have full access to the pristine golden sand beach, relaxing salt water swimming, two large docks great for fishing. The “River House” also abuts the Bass River Golf course, and is less than a mile from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Built in the 1930s and renovated in 2000, this central air conditioned home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. With an expansive yard nestled in the pines, enjoy the hammock and Adirondack chairs, large patio and screened porch, enclosed outdoor shower, and both gas and charcoal grills. Home also offers washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

Special Note: TV is streaming services only, no cable.

Please note: the washer and dryer are located in the bulkhead, which is only accessible from outside.

DOCKS ARE SHARED. DOCKING AND MOORING BOATS ARE PROHIBITED.

Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

Our grandchildren love the large backyard, bike riding around the neighborhood, taking outdoor showers and of course easy access to the beach. The sandy beach and large dock are wonderful.
