Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, with no roadside parking permitted. Please note that the garage is not accessible for use.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please check for personal items. Turn off all lights and fans. Ser AC to 77 or Heat if cold outside to 60 degrees. Thank you!

Property is located on Lake Huron, it is strongly recommended children have adult supervision while in the lake, you assume all risk and liability.
No Smoking of any kind will take place within the residence by tenants or tenants guests. If violated tenants agree to pay for additional cleaning.
No trespassing on neighboring properties, including the beach areas. All areas of the Beach are private. No Fireworks at anytime.
