Private: property 1'400 m2 (fenced), lawn 500 m2, swimming pool (32 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, table tennis, badminton, arbour (30 m2), pergola (45 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 650 m, supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 600 m, rocky beach 5 km, public bathing area 5 km, concrete beach 5 km. Walking paths from the house 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
3-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed (100 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Mezzanine with shower/WC. Heating (extra), forced-air heating. Deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the bay. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Zentral gelegen für Ausflüge. Ruhig Liebevoll eingerichtet, gepflegt von den Eigentümer. Herzliche Aufnahme/Betreuung. Wer Halli Galli sucht, fährt 10min mit dem Auto nach Opatija.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten uns mit allen Fragen an unsere Vermieter wenden. Die Tipps reichten von Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Stränden und Restaurantempfehlungen bis zu Kostproben der kroatischen Küche. Ohne Auto kommt man hier nicht weg.
