Welcome to Cuyuna Lakeshore Lodge... cuyunalodge.com. (see more here)! The Lodge is a serene private retreat located on an expansive 33 acres of wilderness. With over 1,400 ft of shoreline on beautiful Rabbit Lake the Lodge is perfectly located in the heart of Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area.

The 5,600 square foot lodge boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and plenty of gathering spaces for large groups coming together to vacation, gather for family reunions, host retreats or just rest and recharge.


As you pull into the property and wind your way to the lodge you’re surrounded by a heavy wooded oasis. You’re welcomed by a covered front porch with seating for enjoying hillside views. Upon entering the lodge you’ll be instantly drawn to the floor to ceiling windows capturing panoramic views of Rabbit Lake in all its glory. The great room boasts a 2-story stone fireplace with seating for large group gatherings. The dining room rotunda comfortably seats 12 with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining with a butcher block island for prepping meals and simply gathering.


The space
As you walk downstairs, the entertaining spaces expand to include a bar area with a beverage fridge, a second living space with a large sectional and 70” TV and a game room that includes a pool table, foosball and ping pong table.

From relaxing in the lodge’s wellness center with a sauna and hot tub, to cooking up a feast for your whole crew in our grand, functional kitchen, you can be assured you’ll make memories to last.

In the Summer you’ll enjoy the lake and sandy beach with a dock for tying up your boat or for casting your fishing rod out to get the big catch. In the Fall you’ll enjoy the beautiful foliage colors with the ability to get out in nature through the property’s private walking trails. In the Winter you’ll enjoy outdoor snow fun, nearby snowmobile trails, great ice fishing and at the end of the day cozying up by the fire with a cup of hot cocoa!

Cuyuna Lakeshore Lodge is in the heart of the lakes of Northern Minnesota including one of the top mountain biking destinations in the US; Cuyuna Mountain Biking Trails. Year-round recreation that’s only 1 mile from Cruser’s Kettle Mountain Bike Trail Head.
