Endless Amenities at The Estate at Oak Hollow
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil Estate with all the comforts of home and office plus much more. Pickleball to Frisbee golf. Par 3 golf hole and putting greens to the business facilities (including a boardroom with AV capacity) With endless activities, unique spaces, and thoughtful touches, your stay will be everything you need and more.

Amenities galore is the name of the game at The Estate at Oak Hollow. Come stay here and play the newest craze and fastest growing sport, Pickleball. Get a little chipping and putting in on our par 3 golf hole and greens. Relax at our resort quality pool/spa (or one of the other 3 spas on the property). Here for a business stay, we have you covered. Dual internet providers to make sure you can stay focused and working. A boardroom for your team to meet. Creative loft area for those out of the box planning sessions. Maybe set up a meeting or breakout session in one of our TWO tipi tents for an amazing experience that no one else can offer. Need a chef brought in? Want a tour of Temecula Wine Country? Yoga instructor? Golf pro? You name it, and we either have it, can refer you to it, or will locate it for you. Let our locally based management team make the best of your stay
Guests have access to all areas of the property with the following excpetions:
Attic access (2 doors in upper floor)
1 master closet (of 2) used for staff storage
1 small closet downstairs used for staff storage
Our film studio in one garage (except by appointment and fee only)
I can meet in person to walk the property by request. Please allow a week`s notice to arrange an in person walk through. I will only come to the property personally to address a maintenance or safety issue that can only be resolved in person or unless requested by the client. Otherwise I leave clients to enjoy the property.
scenic and private rural area 15 minutes from town
parking is on proprrty only. At no time is street parking allowed (we only allow up to 10 cars max at any time so there is plenty of parking for up to 10 cars)
No loud/amplified music.
No smoking inside or within 20 ft of building.
No weddings or large events. Small family/business events are fine WITH host approval. Max capacity and parking limitations are still in affect at all times.
Quiet hours are in place and monitored electronically from 8PM until 9AM outside and 9PM until 9AM inside.
House left in same condition as received (dishes should be washed/put away). Exceptions made for dishes in dishwasher that has been run.
Trash either in dumpster or at least in interior trash cans (with bags), fridges empty, all furniture in original location, etc.
There will be a $75 assessment fee to walk property and assess damage if it is clear property has not been left as received and then $150 per hour labor charge to reset property. Additional cleaning charges will vary by rate charged to us.
$100 per person/per day fee for additional guests not disclosed prior to arrival.
Pool is use at own risk and there is not a lifeguard on site. Quiet hours are enforced in the pool yard from 8PM until 9AM and we do not allow any amplified music in the pool yard due to closeness to neighboring houses. It is only generally heated via solar. Propane heating is available at market rate (currently 500 per day). 2 day minimum and is for entire stay (not day by day). Minimum 2 days advanced notice for pool heating.

I grew up in the midwest but have been a Southern California resident since 1998. Besides managing The Estate at Oak Hollow I am a local musician and you can often find me out at one of our numerous wineries playing music for the guests.
Why they chose this property
La Cresta/Tenaja area of Murrieta, Ca is just a beautiful escape from the normal Southern California experience while still having access to all of Southern California has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Many things make our property unique. The size and layout for one. It is a 4 story house in Southern California. That alone is rare. The amenities are second to none. From the world class pool to the theater, multiple game rooms, a large boardroom style work/game room, and outdoor activities that seem endless, to the multiple spas (4), luxurious appointments, and gourmet kitchen, options are endless at The Estate
