Come and relax in our new house with sea views.<br>Have a coffee on the terrace of nearly 50 m2 overlooking the entrance to Audierne, reach the beautiful white sandy beach of Trescadec (80 m away) or visit the shops and restaurants in the town centre (15 minutes walk)<br><br>On the ground floor, you will find the night area:<br><br>- a master suite with a king size bed, a dressing room, a bathroom.<br>- a bedroom with a queen size bed<br>- a bedroom with bunk beds<br>- a bathroom<br>- toilets<br>- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer<br>- access to the garage (40 m2)<br><br>Upstairs, you will access an open living room of 60 m2, half of which under a cathedral roof:<br>- a bar area<br>- a kitchen where you can prepare your meals on the central island while admiring the sea or the Raoulic lighthouse<br>- a dining area<br>- a lounge to relax, enjoy the view or watch TV<br>- a piano<br><br>You will also find a toilet and a storeroom.<br><br>The ground floor opens onto a terrace of 48 m2 with plancha, lounge area, deckchair...<br>A staircase leads to the garden.<br><br>Please note: this is a new construction (May 2025), the 1000 m2 garden is not yet finalised.
