This modern villa is located in a quiet area of ​​Denia, near the city center and 2.5 km from the beach.
The luxurious house has 5 bedrooms with bathrooms. The villa has a modern air conditioning, private pool, sea and mountain views incl. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.
The interior is divided into two floors. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with bathroom "en suite" and a separate toilet. Fantastic Villa with great location

Pool and terrace is amazing, aircon & facilities second to none even with a lightning storm, master suites all fantastically spacious, the smaller bedrooms the showers are a little small if you're an adult other than that we had a lovely stay and can't recommend the Villa and Denia for a great holiday!

Great holidays in Denia

As we went in april, the temperature of the swimming pool was a bit cold, but it was fantastic to have our breakfast looking at the sea. The house is as real as the photos on the website and the way we were welcome was perfect. It was nice holidays for us in this town and in this house (sea on the front, moutain on the back).

Beautiful villa with a very nice pool and view!

The villa is very modern and in perfect condition. All equipment like cooking gear, washing machine and Senseo are of high quality. Staying at this place is a luxurious experience! The host Siegfriend (and his wife) deserve also compliments as they were very friendly and helpful!

Fabulous villa

Just arrived back after 7 days stay at this fabulous villa - we were a party of 9 a mixture of teens and adults and it has honestly been a fantastic break - the Villa is well equipped and has everything you could need. The pool was perfect for the extremely hot days, and the beds were super comfortable. We really couldn’t see any negative points at all- thank you for providing such a quality Villa. By the end of the week I had the hill mastered. With that in mind however I would say that if staying at this amazing property a car is essential. Thank you again

Five weeks of problems!

We can start with the slight sewer smell which wafts through the house occasionally, although not constant it is prevalent. There was also a problem with the power company (seems like bills were not paid) creating an outage for 5 days at least (we left after day 5). While they tried to give us some power, (generators which the neighbors kept turning off) then hooking us up to the neighbors power, (which we could only use sparingly) it was still unacceptable. All of the food spoiled as the power went out during our 2 day trip to Madrid. It would have been nice if they would had let us know it was still not working before we trekked back up the hill from Valencia. Instead we walked into a dark house with rotted food. There are no outside kitchen facilities as advertised, and zero capability of English speaking tv (except signing up for Netflix). The grounds surrounding the house are littered with dead brush and garbage, so look straight out and not down! The worst part was the owner could care less, blaming "Spain " and the spanairds for all the troubles and basically gave us the middle finger. Beware of greedy owners, this is one here who could care less about your stay and cares only that he gets his money. So if you like sewer smell and houses with no electricity this is the house for you! So a dream vacation of 5 weeks in Spain ruined by a house riddled with problems and an unresponsive owner who we had to contact by an attorney. Stay away!

nobody here is and was operating with the middle finger. This is not the European Style. The way of this comment before is written like a Twitter of Donald T. Exactly the contrary to that what all other people wrote. In Europe we don't like this style to discriminate and offend people. I think the style speaks for itself. All other customers were happy and satisfied. It is like in Amazon. You have a highly rated product or Service and then there are still some exception to confirm the rule. All other guests were happy. The problem is if people come to Spain and think it is the USA. If you want to see US channels, we could do that, but normally this request has never came up. It seems to that this is the new style to speak bad about unknown people. Yes there was an electricity issue from the Spanish electricity Supplier but the owner compensated the money without any attorney. The attorney acted only as an translator. There was no claim for a payback but the owner did voluntarily. In contrary to the the comments we engaged a lot of people to help and overcome that problem given from the energy company. We delivered a big energy generator brought from Valencia under high efforts and costs to bypass that problem. This was a unique situation. Never happened before and later on. There is no sewer smell and the electricity is working well. The outside kitchen is even meanwhile improved and there is no garbage around the house. We can connect everybody to the people living there in the moment. All other clients were extraordinary happy . Please read the comments. There are force majeure, This was not in our power to change it

Super Villa mit toller Aussicht.Sehr gut in der Küche ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Einziger Nachteil ist der hohe Stromverbrauch des Hauses bzgl der Klimaanlage, je nach Zimmerwahl und Temperatur. Trotz das wir sparsam waren in die Klima in den Schlafzimmern ausgeschaltet haben war der Verbrauch höher als der inkludierte Verbrauch. Heisst wir durften noch etwas nachzahlen. Das wir nicht so schlimm. Leider hat sich der Verwalter aber um ca. 50 verrechnet. Das ist uns erst zu Hause aufgefallen. Nichtsdestotrotz eine super Villa :)

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir hatten im November 2023 einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus in Denia. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer auf den Hafen von Denia ist traumhaft. Siegfried hat sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, z. B. die Tapasbar in der Nähe. Er war auch immer ansprechbar und hat uns immer weitergeholfen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne moderne Villa in Denia Schöne moderne Villa

Die Unterkunft war beim Antreffen noch viel schöner als von den Bildern. Man parkt sein Auto steigt aus und sieht durch die tollen Fensterfronten das schöne blaue Mittelmeer und die mega Terrasse. Die Küchenausstattung der Villa ist unübertrefflich - bestimmt besser als bei dem Einen oder Anderen daheim. Es ist alles perfekt organisiert: in den Räumlichkeiten, bei der organisatorischen Abwicklung. Es ist alles sauber. Gerade in diesen Zeiten ist es wichtig auf Hygiene zu achten. Hier braucht man in keinem Punkt bedenken zu haben.Unser lieber Verwalter Siegfried war bereits von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme eine tolle, kompetente und sehr hilfsbereite Person. Tolle Finca mit grandiosem Ausblick

Wir haben die Zeit in der Finca sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt ausgestattet. Siegfried hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hat für alle Fragen ein offenes Ohr. Wir kommen defintiv sehr gerne wieder!!!

We hebben een zeer mooie vakantie gehad in de woning. Alles wat je maar kon denken was aanwezig. Een zeer mooi huis met een prachtige omgeving en magnifieke uitzichten. Dénia zelf is ook een zeer mooie en bruisende stad waar van alles te beleven is. Gezellige marktjes, straten en met een zeer leuke avondsfeer. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid door dit waanzinnig prachtige huis. De ligging, de indeling, materiaalgebruik, het uitzicht, er ontbrak werkelijk niks. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben er heerlijk kunnen koken, de keuken was van alle kookmaterialen voorzien. Buiten hebben we fijn kunnen grillen met uitzicht op de zee. De bedden lagen heerlijk, en het uitzicht is zelfs vanuit de douche magisch. Iedere morgen hebben we fijn gezwommen en genoten van de luxe die het huis had te bieden. De omgeving is ook zeker de moeite waard om te verkennen. Mooie plekken en ook de haven heeft heerlijke restaurants met práchtig uitzicht op de boten en ondergaande zon. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit Siegfried war super, kompetent, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war grosszügig, jedoch haben Espressotassen gefehlt. Einziger Minuspunkt mit kleinen Kinder: Wenn der Poolbereich nass ist, ist es sehr rutschig und gefährlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder😉

La casa estaba genial, la piscina, las vistas, el entorno eran estupendos, pero había un gran problema que, por momemtos, hacía la estancia bastante desagradable. Hay un problema de fosa séptica y, en ecosiones, el olor es insoportable. Una pena.

Helles grosszügiges Haus mit schöner Terasse/Poolbereich und gepflegten Garten. Hat uns insgeamt sehr gut gefallen. Entlüftung der Sickergrube verursacht im oberen Geschoss für unangehneme Geruchsemissionen. Bodenbelag um den Pool ist sehr rutschig. Stutzgefahr.

Das mit den Gerüchrn tut mir sehr leid. Ich habe gehört, dass die Anlage ausgefallen ist. Dies wurde jedoch mittlerweile behoben. Bei einem Haus geht immer mal was defekt. Dann muss es repariert oder ersetzt werden. Danke für den Kommentar Joachim
